No it’s not a joint account . Our tenancy agreement only has one name on it . That’s why we want to use bank statement. We have medical letter and pictures .

Please for dependant visa , if you are using bank statement as proof of living together, is it a recent transaction date I need to print it or 2 years ago own ? This is as regard evidence of living together.

Good day all , I need help . I travelled to Uk with my husband for masters in 2023 but had to travel back during my 5 months break from school and I wasn’t able to go back to school on time due to some personal circumstances, so my visa was curtailed . I have applied for another study visa now and it’s been approved. My husband want to apply as my dependant now and there is a part that says if we have lived together for the past 2 years. Should it be yes or no ? . He was in Uk during my school break at the time . It was when my visa got curtailed he travelled back to meet me . We have been living together since then till now (A year plus ). Should it be yes or no to if we have been living together for the past 2 years ?

Good day all. Please I have an issue and I am not sure of the best way to go about it . I got a student visa last year February 2023 with my family . I travelled back to Nigeria during my school break as my dad was very sick. I couldn’t travel back to the Uk on time to meet up with the second term as my dad was still very sick and there was no one to stay with him ,so the school later curtailed my visa and said I should finish my course from Nigeria . While I was in Nigeria to take care of my dad , my husband was still in Uk because we thought I was going to be able to come back . He had to come back to Nigeria when the visa got curtailed . We are about to process another study visa in Uk with me being the main applicant for January 2025 intake . The issue now is there is a part of the dependant visa that state if we have lived together for the past 2 years . How do we defend that giving that we were living apart during the time I came to Nigeria ?

Good morning all, please I need advice . The proof of fund needed for my family of 4 is 14.915,000 as at today’s rate . What we have is 14,972,000. Please note that this is in Two different bank accounts (one is 8,370,000. The other is 6.602,000). The MA already applied for visa on December 1. Is it okay to submit three dependant’s application today (this will mean submitting Two bank statements for two of the dependants during biometric). We don’t want to start adding money and recounting from day 1 again ?
