Sarri remained under contract at Napoli for another two years although he had already been replaced by Carlo Ancelotti. He has been Chelsea’s top priority since the summer transfer window opened and Il Mattino are now reporting that Chelsea have paid Napoli £4.4m to release Sarri from his contract at Napoli. This means that Chelsea may have Sarri in place as a new manager in a few days, while Antonio Conte who is set to depart will also receive a substantial pay-off of around £10m to end his two-year spell as club manager at Chelsea. Sarri’s contract at Chelsea will be worth £5m a year and he will bring in Giovanni Martusciello, Chelsea legend Gianfranco Zola alongside five members of his backroom staff at Napoli. https://savechelsea.net/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/eden-hazard-2.jpg Eden Hazard appears to have given the green light to Real Madrid to sign him, insisting that the La Liga giants know what to do if they want him. He also admitted that his future at Chelsea would be ultimately down to the club’s decision to improve or not ahead of the upcoming season. He made this known in a chat with French sports daily L’Equipe when he was asked about his plans for the future. “I do not want to talk about transfers right now,” he replied, before going on to talk about transfers. As I said before, I won everything in London except the Champions League. If I’m here in my career, it’s thanks to Chelsea. It would be too easy to say ‘I want to leave because I have done everything’.” “I would really like to know what will happen at the club next year,” A statement which is believed to be a reference to the present managerial uncertainty surrounding the Stamford Bridge outfit. “I am waiting to see if the coach stays or leaves. If I stay, it will be because the team will be better than the season we have just had. I do not want to stay if we are less good.” When he was asked about the rumors that had continuously linked him with a move to Real Madrid, the 27-year-old Belgian who o impressed with the Belgium national team in their Russia 2018 opener against Panama replied: “Real Madrid can interest me, everyone knows it.” SOURCE:-https://savechelsea.net/hazard-warns-chelsea-has-eyes-on-real-madrid/ |
https://savechelsea.net/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/ruben-loftus-cheek.jpg Home LATEST NEWS LATEST NEWS FANS HEAP PRAISES ON LOFTUS CHEEK FOR ENGLAND PERFORMANCE June 19, 2018 5 1 Share Facebook loftus-cheek Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus Cheek has received massive plaudits from Chelsea fans following his performance for England in their Russia 2018 opener against Tunisia after coming on as a substitute in the second half. Harry Kane provided the winner for England in the dying minutes after seeing his early lead canceled out by Ferjani Sassi’s penalty. England won the game in the end but could have easily left the game with a point as they encountered a Tunisian side who appeared to be content with a point at the time. Loftus-Cheek started from the bench but made a huge impact for the Three Lions after coming on to replace Dele Alli with just 10 minutes remaining in the game. He played his part in pressuring the Tunisian side as the winning goal from Kane was a product of the corner he won with his attempt. Loftus-Cheek now appears to have done himself a lot of good and may be in contention for a starting berth against Panama as there are doubts over Dele Alli’s fitness because of a quad injury. A significant number of England fans took to Twitter to heap praises on the Chelsea man and are now calling for him to start in their next game, whilst Chelsea fans have insisted that he be given a starting berth at Stamford Bridge next season. The Porto left-back is believed to have a release clause valued at £35m and has been a subject of interest from many clubs this summer. Telles played his part as Porto won the Primeira Liga last season, providing an impressive 14 assists from his defensive position. Telles notched another six assists in other competitions in the course of the season and scored four goals in 45 appearances. Chelsea have been monitoring the player since January and have considered triggering his release clause. However, reports from La Parisien claim that Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp wants to sign the defender. PSG are also said to be interested in Alex Telles, and this could eventually go down to a bidding war. https://savechelsea.net/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/victor-moses.jpg Chelsea star Victor Moses is eager to start his World Cup campaign with the Super Eagles of Nigeria on a high and has warned his teammates that they cannot afford to lose their opening game against Croatia on Saturday, as the game might prove to be a defining one for them in the competition. Moses started all three friendlies prior to the trip to Russia which Nigeria lost, and the winger cum wingback is determined not to experience such a result when the competition kicks off for them against the Belkans. ”This game is very important to us because it is very important to start winning, good result,” Moses said in a chat with Croatian media Sportske Novosti. ”You have a particularly strong line and attack, the most important for us to be concentrated, then we can beat Croatia. ”The most important thing is to not lose this first game because they are sometimes the most important to qualify from the group. Croatia can beat anyone, but Nigeria can beat Croatia. We’ll have to make it as a team.” Nigeria have not won their last three opening games at the World Cup, losing 1 nil to Argentina in 2002 and 2010 respectively, before playing out a goalless draw with Iran in Brazil 2014. https://savechelsea.net/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/world-cup-2018-3409220_640.jpg The Nigerian football team often enter the FIFA world cup each season as one of Africa’s biggest hopes. Those boys are promising with their flair and different playing styles. This year too, the Great soaring Super Eagles have qualified for the international competition in flying colours (no pun intended) and hopefulness. The note-worthy thing about Super Eagles this year is their fashion, seriously. First, after the launch of their costume, Nike recorded the highest sales on the jersey, tracksuit and all. Honestly, their appearance in Russia last night is amazing. When I saw pictures taken at their rendezvous, all I could think of is “Dramatic Entrance.” Well, all hopes are on the Eagles to put the vigour of their Entrance into the World Cup games as they face Croatia in their first match. Although many people do not feel impressed with the pre-match friendlies that featured the Super Eagles and some outstanding football teams, their German coach, Gernot Rohr promised that the ‘boys’ will soon up their game come the Derby. His confidence in the boys against their arch world cup rivals, Argentina is a little bit controversial looking at the stats. We hope that the Nigerians soar against all the odds. In the main time, many would love to be given the chance to watch the live match of the world cup between Nigeria and other countries, however Travelstart Nigeria has given the youth and other people who are willing to have a look of what the Super Eagles will be doing at the Russia 2018 World Cup live. With this in mind, everyone has the opportunity to book Cheap Flights to watch our great nation Nigeria. In the 90s, Super Eagles resurfaced in the World Cup under a Dutch coach, Clemens Westerhof. In that year, the Super Eagles were also placed in Group D and it was as tough as this one we are seeing them in this year. They were in the same group with Argentina, Bulgaria, and Greece. Despite the fact that the Nigerians then were phenomenal in all their games, defeating Bulgaria, and Greece, they were sent back to Africa from the US in the quarter final stage. In 1998, they went to France for another alongside Cameroon, Tunisia, Morocco, and South Africa. After beating Argentina in the game, they qualified for the knock out stage. But it was there they suffered defeat. Korea and Japan 2002 also took the Super Eagles under their first Nigerian coach, Festus Onigbinde. Jay Jay Okocha was the captain of the team that was flown to Korea. They were drawn against Sweden, Argentina, And England in Group F. this world cup grew to be the worst of all that they had featured before that time. In 2010, the World Cup hosted by the first Africans: South Africa and Nigeria also qualified. Defeats to Argentina and Greece meant that their final game against the Hosts was going down to the dogs. True, it went south and the game was crowned by Yakubu’s phenomenal miss. The last Brazil 2014 games took Nigeria in with high hopes. And again, they were drawn as if by fate with Argentina in Group F with Iran, and Bosnia. They went goalless in their first match against Iran but had a raise as they beat Bosnia one-nil. Argentina gave them defeat again but not as easy as it used to be as they played a beautiful game and the match against Argentina ended in a 3-2 win in Argentina’s favour. Musa was the Super Eagle who made the name that day as opposed to the kind that Yakubu made in his day. France, their last opponent sent them packing from Brazil in 2014. All hopes are now laid on the colourful and bright Super Eagles this year with most of their players in the heat of their game. The likes of John Mikel Obi, Alex Iwobi, Kelechi Iheanacho and other players who’ve made a name in the game of football in these recent years on the team, Africans expect the best from the Super Eagles. https://savechelsea.net/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/kenedy-bids-farewell-to-newcastle-1.jpg Chelsea are reportedly preparing to sell Brazilian Kenedy during the summer transfer window. Kenedy has established himself as one of the most promising youngsters at Chelsea and he proved it with his performance on loan to Newcastle United in the second half of the season. Kenedy scored two goals and provided two assists in the 13 Premier League appearances he made for the Magpies as he played a significant role in Rafa Benitez’ side. The lad has shown what he can offer if given a chance at Stamford Bridge but the club appear to be tempted to cash in on him this summer. Chronicle Live have suggested that Chelsea will need to sell in order to spend this summer after missing out on the UEFA Champions League and he has emerged as one player that’s expendable. According to the report, Chelsea will be seeking to let Kenedy leave on a permanent deal, with the 20-year-old presently valued at £20M. Kenedy could act as a replacement to the likes of Willian and Pedro at Chelsea who will be heading into their thirties by the end of 2018, but this is unlikely based on the reports. Meanwhile, Chelsea should be intelligent enough to insert a buy-back clause into any deal that sees the Brazilian depart Stamford Bridge as he has proven that he’ll be one for the future. https://savechelsea.net/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/sarri-hints-at-Napoli-exit.jpg As Chelsea continue on the quest to appoint a potential replacement for Antonio Conte, it appears that Maurizio Sarri has had his eye on Chelsea for a while. His friend and colleague, Marco Brachi has thrown more light on why Sarri opted for a potential move to Chelsea over PSG this summer. Sarri’s Napoli side was a joy to watch in the Serie A with a relentlessly attacking style whilst being very proactive in their play, as they tried to ensure that they rarely lost possession to the opposition during games. According to Brachi, Sarri was put off by the midfield trio of Adrien Rabiot, Marco Verratti and Thiago Motta at PSG, insisting that they lacked the quality to play high pressing football, as he considered the likes of Hazard and Willian at Chelsea as good options to help further Sarri-ball. “Maurizio has always been fascinated by the Chelsea option, as he’d really love to work in England. Let’s be clear, it is the ideal team for his type of football. They’ve got players like Willian and Eden Hazard who run hard. The last time I saw him, he said that Paris Saint-Germain were after him, but the club is not suited to him. He said: ‘How can I train a team that has Adrien Rabiot, Marco Verratti and Thiago Motta in midfield?’ They are players who don’t run, aren’t helpful to his idea of football, which is very draining. We’re talking about great players, but they don’t attack the space and don’t run off the ball, unlike Napoli with Allan, Piotr Zielinski, Marek Hamsik, Jorginho and the rest. Conte won the Premier League with Chelsea in his first season with the club but struggled in his second season as Chelsea finished in 5th place and missed out on the UEFA Champions League places next season. When Hazard was asked if his future at the club depended on who was in charge at the club, the Belgian replied: “Yeah I want to know. I want to know, but like I say I am focused on the World Cup. “If we have something new – manager or players – it is always good to know it because I want players that can (help bring success back to) Chelsea next season.” Hazard has been handed the captain’s armband for the Belgium national team and will play a key role for his side in the Russia 2018 World Cup as they are in Group G and will come up against England, Panama and Tunisia. The Chelsea midfielder, who won back-to-back Premier League titles with the Blues and Leicester City is PSG boss Thomas Tuchel’s latest transfer target. Kante led Leicester to a historic Premier League win in 2016, and also won it with Chelsea the following year after a £35 million move, and a deal might be concluded this summer if it is possible according to reports from Paris United. Real Madrid are also interested in the French midfielder. Meanwhile, Kante’s agent, Kkarim Douis met with PSG Sporting Director Antero Henrique in London as well as in Paris in the past few weeks. https://savechelsea.net/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/chelsea-owner-roman-abramovich-696x434.jpg In light of Chelsea’s decision to suspend work on rebuilding Stamford Bridge, as well as the UK visa problems that owner Roman Abramovich continues to face, amid rumors of wavering commitment to the Chelsea cause by the Russian oligarch, it was believed that he would consider selling the club if a big offer came. However, this is not the case, as reports suggest that Abramovich has declined a host of offers to sell Chelsea Football Club. According to Daily Mail, Britain’s richest person, Jim Ratcliffe whose petrol-fuelled wealth far outweighs Abramovich wealth with over £20 billion had his £2 billion offer for Chelsea rejected as quickly as it came. Ratcliffe who is a season-ticket holder at Chelsea can afford to buy his local club although he is a Manchester United fan, and this has come alongside other offers that have been rejected by Abramovich. The club moved ahead of time to dismiss rumors which insinuated that Abramovich was no longer committed to the club as soon as the delay in the stadium project was announced. Sky Sports reported that the Russian Billionaire still remains more committed than ever to Chelsea just as in the last 15 years since he assumed ownership of the Stamford Bridge outfit. Regardless, Chelsea would attract the right buyers who are intent on making a mark in European club football even if Abramovich decides to sell the club. However, Abramovich has proved that the club isn’t just a luxury or a money-laundering platform for him, and it will remain so in the foreseeable future. Delac joined Chelsea in 2009 after impressing at Inter Zapresic. However, he couldn’t kickstart a career at Stamford Bridge as he was sent out on loan nine times without making any competitive appearance for the club. According to French newspaper Sud-Ouest, the winger’s agent Fernando Garcia has already met with the officials at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea will still push for the move regardless of who comes in to replace Antonio Conte at the managerial helm of the club. Malcolm scored 12 goals and provided 7 assists in 35 Ligue 1 appearances for Bordeaux and has also been rated as one of the top talents in France. The player had initially hinted on a move to the Premier League back in March as he revealed that he was learning English. “I have learned the language very quickly, had no big troubles,” he said. ”French was much more difficult. “So I would manage to live in England. But in the end I can integrate everywhere.” The player hinted on his career ambitions in an interview with Sky Sports Germany, and has a contract with Bordeaux until 2021. “I want to play for an elite club in Europe, win the Champions League and play for the Selecao,” Malcom said. “When I play for a big club, my chances improve. I want to thank Bordeaux for everything. “I am going to sit down with my agent and family. Together we will make a decision.” SOURCE: https://savechelsea.net/chelsea-plotting-44-million-move-for-malcolm/ |
