favor914: You learn from mistakes, in that instance the party register was not tendered in court as evidence by the petitioners to prove that the accused was not a member of the party.
Gringory Obi is a finished man. The judgement will not stand. Go and read Appeal Court ruling on that matter. There is no place in electoral act that says if your name is not in the party's register that you will be disqualified. As I said the judgement will not stand. |

But INEC told Nigerians and the whole World that they will transmit results electronically.
The court held that Section 50(2) and Section 60(5) give INEC “very wide discretionary powers” to determine how it transmits or transfers election results.
“As I had demonstrated earlier in this judgment, the Electoral Act gives the 43rd respondent (INEC) discretion on how it carries out its assignment including how it transmits or transfers the result of election from polling units,” Umar stated.[/quote]But INEC told Nigerians and the whole World that they will transmit results electronically |

pandax: What kind of warp statement are you making?. It is the BVAS that will supply the details to the Server . BVAS is primary and Server is secondary. I am wondering, how this will affect Peter Obi case, as INEC have re-configured the BVAS and erazed all BVAS details and they will rely on INEC supplied Server Details. The case go hard ooo But court ordered INEC to allow LP to inspect the BVAS before configuration. So it's going to be a tough case but I think court will not be happy with INEC because they disobeyed their order. |
