The judgement will not stand. Go and read Appeal Court ruling on that matter. There is no place in electoral act that says if your name is not in the party's register that you will be disqualified. As I said the judgement will not stand.

I am wondering, how this will affect Peter Obi case, as INEC have re-configured the BVAS and erazed all BVAS details and they will rely on INEC supplied Server Details. The case go hard ooo

But court ordered INEC to allow LP to inspect the BVAS before configuration. So it's going to be a tough case but I think court will not be happy with INEC because they disobeyed their order.
