My S23+ finds it difficult to find network reception.
I've tried every sim, MTN, Airtel, Glo...nothing

I'm having an issue with using earpods with my Samsung S22 ultra for calls.

The earpods pick the surrounding noise, rather than my own voice. In fact, if someone else is speaking from far , the person on the other end of the call will hear their voices loud and clear rather than me who is wearing the earpods. I initially thought it was the earpods, I've used different types, it's still all the same. What can I do, please?

How can I hard reset my brother's VIVO Y1s .He forgot his pattern lock and it seems that's the only option now. He is pressing power button and volume up buttons...then he selects clear data.. but it still requests for the same pattern again.

The guy said he has to download something like "firmware and software file" for the phone(VIVO Y1s) (It's running on Mediatek)...
He also mentioned same price.

I just want to know if the guy seems like he knows what he wants to do before he bricks the phone.

Most vivo phones doesn't permit factory reset if you don't know the password. Take it to a capable gsm software technician near you if that's the case. Mind you it can be expensive.
