Maybe the cashier paid your accommodation fee into the school fees account.

I've been to the bank to complain buh what I was told there was that the school has one account for accommodation, acceptance and main fees n that m not the first person to pay there.

I've been calling the hotlines since mawnin and its either switched off, busy or they don't pick as in ehn m fed up already I had problems with School fees initially when I thought I've broken the yoke now this, Timmytimmy come o wetin you do me.

I didn't pay the bank charges at first buh I later went back to pay the charge, when I tried checking my clearance certificate I discovered the money I paid for accommodation was Taken as main fees, thereby there is an excess in the main fees, and why should it be showing I paid school fees and acceptance more than once when I paid just once

Please I paid for accommodation since yesterday and instead of the portal to show that I have paid accommodation on my payment activities, its displaying that I paid make up fees, so m not able to print my bedspace clearance and in my payment activities, its showing that I paid school fees and acceptance more than once

First of All calm down, the problem might be that your fees(diamond) has been sent buh there is a mistake in ur acceptance (Skye), ur fees will not reflect if your acceptance has not been confirmed so this is what you can do, go to where you paid your acceptance (Skye bank) and lodge a complaint, the cashier that attended to you might have made a mistake in your registration number or ur Name, go along with your phone and don't leave the bank unless you have been confirmed( you can use ur phone to check that) and if ur acceptance has been confirmed n the fees is not reflecting go to the bank where you paid the fees and do the needful.
