there was a plot of land available at doreen hospital area 2 months ago going for 12million but its gone now. right now land availability in that area is so so limited if not totally impossible. the areas that i believe you need to look at are sweet-water areas (within thomas) and victory estate areas (also within thomas). ratification with omoniles could cost you as much as 200,000 to 300,000 grand at the end of the day (those guys are leeches). but as i said, you need a location with governors consent or close to that. since your focus is on daily income, perhaps a guest house with a sports bar attached wouldnt be such a bad idea as it would serve to further advertise your guest house when people come to the sports bar. per land in thomas estate, how much have you got s a budget for it?

legend bar has 14 rooms and yes their customer service is shabby. bryant has 16 rooms and are also below par when it comes to customer service. their rates are between 10,000 and 15,000 and bryant is more expensive and also more luxurious. you could go for a guest house scenario and guess what? i am the development task force leader here in omo-onile area of thomas estate and would definitely ensure you do not get bothered by the omo-oniles. however the only area in thomas where you can get land with governors consent is around victory estate area. let me know how i may be of help.

the two hotels are legend bar and bryant hotels and only bryant hotels has a swimming pool. per the room numbers, i cannot readily say because i have to check up on that. however the price of land here in thomas varies, you can get a good dry plot of land for as much as between 7 to 12 million depending on location. i can assist you with that. i currently have a few plots for sale here as well as a completed house with 6 rooms and a 4 room boys quarters on 2 plots of land for sale here in thomas in an area not dominated by the two mentioned hotels
