Have you typed in pip install django on your command prompt? what was the result? if you don't get anything from that, then try:
conda install -c anaconda django let's see if it works.
I don't think django is preinstalled. Result says " no. matching distribution found for django

ProgrammingRe: Learn How To Create Websites With Python(Django Web Framework) by damtan(m): 2:26pm On Apr 01, 2020
ColeDrain:
Okay let me give an introduction to Django.

Django is a free and open source web application framework, written in Python.

A web framework helps you to develop websites faster and easier. Frameworks exist to save you from having to reinvent the wheel. So instead of spending weeks on creating a website, Django reduces it to days..

Django is:

1.Ridiculously fast.

2.Reassuringly secure.

3.Exceedingly scalable(Can grow and handle increasing load)
I have anaconda installed on my systrm,. Can any of the interface work??

No skill is actually a waste sha. Some years ago, out of boredom, I started using Mavis Beacon typing tutor to whirl away time anytime I had nothing doing. I became so good and very fast with typing without looking at the keyboard overtime.
Learning to use Python for data analysis would have been more difficult for me if my typing skill was whack. I'm glad I learnt to type smiley

Please can we shift away from PC or laptop requirements or big data or small data and try not detailing this thread.
Was thinking newbies or intermediate folks would come out with some solution based of the data. Just few though . Let’s keep this thread on data related issues
Some of us are just getting started boss. We never reach the data analysis part. We're taking it one step at a time

Exactly. I'm using a 4GB ram and so far, except that it takes a lil time for anaconda to load, there has been no other problem.
And, yes, I'm gradually getting comfortable with Python basics.
Guys, use what you have for now to start learning even if it means uninstalling some softwares.

Honestly, I'm a bit confused. There seem to be too much to learn before one can become a data analyst.
Is it python programming first?? Excel?? Visual tools like tableauhuh sqlhuh Pandashuh
Where do I start fromhuh Is there a step by step guide??
I have already downloaded almost all the tools needed to start learning. I am currently learning the basics of python (simple coding). Currently using anaconda (spyder(I love the interface) and jupyter mostly ) a pdf book on python I downloaded online with some videos too. ;I haven't even gotten to the data analysis part.
I have reasonable previous knowledge of excel and zero knowledge of tableau (though I have also downloaded videos on this but I haven't started learning).
Where exactly do I start from?? Am I on track?? Biko, help me!!!
