TheAdvocate: So the Senate President should abandon the petition isn't it? Wat is good for the goose is good for the gander. ofcourse, he can't jettison the petition. But if you follow the case closely you'd see that all this while, Saraki has been trying to evade justice with all sorts of ploys and shenanigans. However, I'm not in support of any corrupt act by anyone, but I believe trying to scuttle a legal process is as despicable as it could be. |

Career › Re: Should He Leave His Current Job? Help by damton(m): 6:24pm On Nov 19, 2015 |
Quite frankly it's a very hard choice to make.
But In my own opinion, he should be where there is prospect for career growth while working, because if he leaves in the hopes of changing jobs , he'll be disappointed should it fails to happen. The job market in itself is extremely saturated.
Summarily, he alone understand the nature of his options and the potential for growth and development they offer, which I believe should guide his decision.
However, I don't agree with the idea of threatening your boss for pay increments. if you think you deserve more, you can place your request to him and make him understand .it is either he agrees or disagree.
Again, I believe career growth and development is key |

chukwudi44: Will you shut up mr man? Was it Saraki that asked the stupid Judge to start demanding bribe from suspects? The stupid and useless Judge abused his office and is now to pay for his crimes Perhaps you've not been able to read between the lines. However, I'm not in support of corruption In any guise but I think the manner an way Saraki is trying to evade justice is Ingenious. After trying to use appeals which appears unsuccessful, he has chosen to smear the process in his own way. Nevertheless, I believe he'd boomerang on him soon |

zicoraads:
...Nigeria! I hail thee!!
This is a classic case of those who live in glass houses...should desist from throwing stones You know say your hands no clean...you cum dey pursue the number 3 citizen of a country like that. This judge is very foolish! I plead to differ. Just because you are the senate president doesn't give you the yardstick to intimidate judges. From the onset of this case , it was obvious Saraki never wanted it to see the light of day which is why he keeps frustrating the whole judicial proceedings all along through unnecessary appeals. However, trying to witch hunt a judge is the worst step he'd be taking because it might boomerang against him. Aside the fact that it could smear his reputation politically(Anyway , that's if he values it). |

This is interesting. So a defendant is going to preside over a matter concerning a judge trying his case, just because he is the Senate president.
I can see how desperate Saraki is. He is using his powers well. I won't be surprised if he goes ahead to instigate a process to abolish the CCT in its entirety. |
