it's not about dictatorship, it's the prerogative of the president to man and supervise any ministry. besides, by virtue of his position as the chief executive, he is the no. 1 minister of all the ministries in his cabinet.

perhaps you are ignorant of history. during obasanjo s regime when he was the Minister for petroleum for 8years was there any fuss raised about that. When you elect the chief executive into office in a free and fair election , that in itself is an assertion of confidence. besides, the chief executive in our system of governance is the supervising minister for all the ministries, so therefore, you can't disqualify him on any ground in respect to any issue of governance. You can only summon him to clear the air on Issues or perhaps set the records straight. The power the house has on the president is to impeach him. so if you are ignorant I hope this helps you out.
