Ja father of corny rap lol
His attempt to sound gangster appeared way too forced. Its like p diddy claiming to be a thug. His rap was way too clichéd to be taken seriously.

To be fair, for a gangsta rapper, he made a lot of catchy rnb hit songs that ppl could sing to, and carved out a niche for himself.

Regardless his success had nothing on X.
The only thing they had in common of was the scruffy voice and were both natives of NY

The connection ppl had with X's song were real. They could relate to his stories, his struggles and his desire to become a better person despite his flaws.
Ppl could identify with him. Same cant be said about ja rule who always portrayed a playboy personae.

Just to put it out there, Ja rule could never make a song like Ruff Ryders anthem.
but jarule also came from a struggling/difficult background and he also shared his own life experiences through his rap songs because

I've been hearing this complaint over the years the jarule is a DMX wannabe.from my own perspective is jarule was a student of DMX,he liked DMX and learnt somethings from DMX to start his own rap not that he copied DMX

It's just the same way people say Burna boy is a Fela wannabe,we all know there can never be another Fela.burna and wizkid are just students if Fela and want to be like him .I don't think that's being phony

A very lame counter points. Do you know the time we're talking about here? At that time, movie roles don't cost up to 50,000 naira for A-list actors and actresses and she was still a novice.

At 15, she's very likely still in secondary school. So obviously it's either she's lying or she started whoring from a young age
ok so a 15 year old school girl Will suddenly become a millionaire within 3 years from whoring Abi? grin cheesy

Quite ironic is the fact that one of the worst sinners taught many people how to pray.

Considering that he led many people to having a better relationship with God, I believe he will make heaven.
of course

PDP will do it in 2023.
so Naija youths still never get sense?

You're still defending bunch of old redundant failures and agbayas

Smh it's sad and worrisome to know that the YOUTHS that are clamouring for power are not in any way ready for leadership and governance, they're not ready to take back their destinies from old fools who have been killing them slowly

While those agbayas are preparing strategically and intentionally for 2023,the youths are busy arguing about Burna boy and Davido,Nigerian jollof rice and Ghana jollof rice while some others are still slaving for the old charlatans who put nigeria in bondage

Naija youths them swear for you? Just take a look at the endsars matter.the useless politicians aren't bothered about how they'll meet the endsars protesters demands or even put an end to fulani nuisance. they're running after 2023

U got me wrong I never mentioned anything about selling Herself. That is her business. I was only referring to one word she said which I presume to be false.
She said she started working at 15 and became a millionaire by 18( working in Nigeria)
you cannot compare 15 year Olds of the 80s and 15 year Olds of now.those days 15 year Olds were matured and carried family responsibilities.they were also resilient.theyre completely different from 15 year Olds who cannot save , discipline themselves or cut down on their expenses to reach a goal within 3years

Her interview about being a millionaire at 18 is questionable. In fact,do u know how much civil servant were earning that time. How much was Mercedes Benz then?
Just listen to her, that she has been working since when she was 15 years old. Then I ask, what kind of work was she into. Abi work no get name.

For me,our young men and women should be careful who they choose to be their role model, because not all that glitters is gold.
if she really was into something questionable to make her money by 18 then time will have exposed her source

Time exposed the source of hushpuppis (controversial) wealth
Time exposed the source of Funke Akindele wealth
No matter how clever or smart a person is in gathering money whether through legitimate or questionable sources, time will expose it no wonder an addage says

TIME IS A REVEALER OF ALL THINGS
nobody can cheat time.you can cheat yourself or ,lie to yourself but you don't have control over time

I pity your type.

You are the kind of person whose 17 year old child will drive in a Lexus SUV and you won't bother to ask questions because you don't want to be seen as bitter and pained grin

She said she started working at 15 and became a millionaire by 18 shocked
In Nigeria? If she said she was doing business, I would have overlooked it.
We are not all gullible you know?
so tell me how many preek she wan Bleep that will make her a millionaire within 3 years? And if she rose to fame with clitocurrency like you are inferring, won't she have fizzled out? Won't her lack of depth have been exposed? Look at Moyo Lawal for example, she was within the same level as Funke Akindele some years back in the 90s ( I need to know) soap opera but hardwork and talent singled Funke out and today Funke Akindele and Moyo Lawal aren't in the same level because 1 used hardwork, consistency and dedication to enter and rise , while the other used clitocurrency and she's still at that same level as we speak

So what's my point if really Omotola used clitocurrency, she should have fizzled out and time should have exposed her source so please stop with the pull her down naija syndrome

Then again tell me how many Naija men no Matter their background will know that the lady who they want to marry is a high class prostitute and still with their eyes wide open marry such woman? If she was doing high class olosho to become a millionaire, will her husband have married her? Let's stop all this unnecessary casting Aspersions because of envy

The truth is that I believe Ada was telling the truth. But she was very careless.

Don't rise against any Nigerian pastor or prophet if you are not spiritually stronger than him. Because they are heartless and surely will attack you.

When you think you have seen enough of atrocities being committed by a man of God, simply leave his church and join another church. Or stay at your home and serve your God there.

Most of what we call church here are cults. If you expose them, them go finish you.

every sector is linked to education, unfortunately, our leaders have their wards in well run schools while they destroy institution here
true

And they want to keep the youths ignorant so instead of asking and probing into relevant issues they're rather ok with them arguing over thrash e.g Wizkid is better than Davido and other kinds of crap

chiemmanuel:
If you have the chance to leave this country,do everything within your power to do so.... when basic rights like education are being used to settle political scores, just know the elastic limit have been overstrecthed
hmnn

These EVIL politicians are very deliberate and intentional in destroying the youths and the future and that is why they can remove history from schools because the old agbayas don't want the youths to know the role they've played in destroying democratic values and stealing like lunatics

That's why they're reducing the quality of education so that you will begin to think "education Na scam"

They want the youths ignorant, poor and vulnerable so that when they're exploited they won't know and even if they eventually know they'll not be able to do anything about it

For example see how the end SARS ended?

See how they react towards education, look at the body language, look at how much they invest into education vis-a-vis how much they give to criminals and oloshos

They want to keep them ignorant so that they wouldn't be able to ask logical questions and will only be debating about stuupidd things like Nigerian jollof rice tastes better than Ghana jollof rice, Davido is better than Wizkid and meaningless conversations like that and then when you are opportuned to see them, you'll be seeing them as some sort of hero or superstar that you want to take selfies with so that you will go back to your friends and say I took selfies with Babangida instead of seeing them as who the really are - criminals, deceivers, manipulators and traitors who has sold Nigerian youths to the 10th generation that they'll Continue to pay for debts that they didn't owe
