Registrar is the secretary to the council.

Chairman is more.

Day to day administration is done by the management under the control of the rector, who in turn is responsible to the council.

For rector to withdraw certain amount(s) of money he needs council's approval and council chairman's signature.

Rector(s) don't play with council chairman(men).

Even when he leaves that position, the rector might honour his request (depending on their relationship).

PDP in bauchi is of two blocks.

Bala must win block and

Bala must go block (Atiku men)

With the realignment of Hon. Dogara with the second group it means Atiku's prospect in Bauchi state is bright.

Gov. Bala has a hurdle to cross.

In northeast, Adamawa, and taraba are for Atiku.

In Bauchi and Gombe they will struggle but they will win.

APC takes Borno and Yobe.

Only someone from OHCS of the federation or from IPPIS (accountant general's office) can answer this question.

That I said a source said that replacement is unlikely does not mean it can not happen.

according to the info i have CG nscdc and nis want to do full scale recruitment but is like the issue is complicated but for now is like money is the main issue for nscdc

A source said there is nothing like replacement in NIS, that an approval from the president for about 5k personnel was granted.
But the CG has about a year to retire and that has complicated the process.

So recruitment and not replacement for NIS.

There’s no given time for recruitment by universities and polytechnics or Coe (the vc, rector or provost can give job if he/she wants). They just recruit when they need or want to. In the past two months I’ve seen 3 people get fed polytechnic jobs. You can look for those new polytechnics and COE that took off last year. They are just starting their first academic calendar. Even though they’ve shared all the initial slots for take off to governors, Lga chairmen etc. they’ll still employ more as students increase and as most of them are still building more structures on their permanent sites
