Pres. Buhari is the CHANGE we need. I keep praying for Him until is tenure expire.

Righeousness is a virtue of God.

In Tunde Bakare voice: 'Lets do the right thing, and who is wrong and what is wrong will leave us, its a question of time.'

when we live right and do the right thing and be true to our words that we give to others, God will always be behind us.

Living Right is all what God want us to become. And doing what is right is what all GOD want us to Do. It does not matter how much or how long we have been living wrong or doing wrong, what matter is if we are ready to do the right thing.

The word of God teaches us the right way of living. Its a gradual process to repentance but be sure you are on the way.

God is more concern about your life, than the things you acquired. Salvation is for a soul not for what the soul owner acquired.

When everything is okay with you, there is nothing you cannot create or build for yourself. All God wants is that you live the right kind of life. Its not hard.

Righteousness leads to Life, Peace and Blessing. Buhari as got all this, you too can.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: 5 Basic Skills You Need Before Applying For A Job by DanielGb(m): 4:17pm On Aug 17, 2015
Bensmart04:
Many people are so preoccupied with getting jobs that they forget to develop themselves.
It is when the job opportunity comes that they find out that they are missing a few requisite ingredients of the ideal employee – so they miss out.

Even where the job is gotten, some cannot keep up with the demands and get kicked out too soon.
Well, you simply have to get these five skills…

1. Excellent communication skills
Most jobs need good communicators, people who can express themselves clearly and positively, both verbally and in writing. It’s one of the key ingredients of success, so it pays to understand what’s involved. Are you constructive or destructive with words?

2. Tenacity and Resilience
It is probably the least underestimated and often abandoned when frustration or boredom sets in. Weak moments are normal, but never let it hold you down, find a way to spring back even better.
Get and keep your job

3. Creative and analytic thinking skills
Creative thinking skills are as much about attitude and self-confidence as about talent. Do you think within or outside the box? What is that amazing thing you have contributed in moving the company closer to its goals? Ask questions such as 'what if….?' or ‘supposing…’

4. Time management skills
Have you ever wondered how it is that some people seem to have enough time to do everything that they want to, whereas others are always rushing from task to task, and never seem to finish anything?
It requires the investment of a little time upfront to prioritize and organize yourself, understanding the difference between urgent and important. But once done, you will find that with minor tweaks, everything on your to do list will be ticked.
Get and keep your job

5. Leadership skills
Leaders set direction, build an inspiring vision, and taking initiative. Leadership is about mapping out where you need to go to "win" as a team or an organization; and it is dynamic, exciting, and inspiring.

The only Skill you need is Creativity. If u can work hard to create ur Ideas. People will pay for it.

Open ur eyes: Ideas rule the world. Companies want people who have profitable ideas not morons who can't help out.

RomanceRe: 8 Ways Ladies Treat Their Toasters Harshly by DanielGb(m): 7:36am On Aug 14, 2015
wristbangle:
Approaching some ladies can be likened to walking into a lion's den because of the maltreatment guys receive from them.

The way some Nigerian ladies treat their toasters is worse to beating a hardened criminal and as a result, guys have pad lock their feelings for them or conclude to date ladies from western culture.

Therefore, let's take a look on ways Nigerian ladies maltreat their toasters.

1. They stylishly use them to do house chores

During my NYSC program, there was a lady in my lodge who pretended as if she loved this guy. The guy who is in lust washed her undies, dirty kitchen utensils and atimes loose her braid hairs as if he was under a powerful spell. After using him like a depreciated tractor, grin she married the love of her life few months after the end of the program. This is a terrible act some Nigerian ladies abduct till date to treat their toasters harshly.

2. They turn them to ATM machine

This is a common practice ladies use to scorn toasters harshly. They turn toasters to "mega magas" by telling them to cater for their financial needs. After milking his pocket dry, they look for the next unlucky dude to feast on.

3. They ridicule him in public as if he is a pervert

I have lost counts on occasion in public where ladies slapped, bullied and bashed guys simply because he approached them for love. The fact that he is looking tattered or un serious doesn't mean he should be treated with disdain. I am sure sonofananimal1 has experienced such wicked act before.

4. They ask him to go on 2 months fasting

This act is very common in churches where sisters in the lord tell a brother who wants to woo them to embark on 2 months fasting in order to hear from God. Even Jesus Christ did not fast up to that period and I count such as a wicked act to treat toasters. grin grin

5. They ignore him as if he is a statue

I remembered approaching a beautiful lady in order to woo her. I was stylishly disgraced by her as she ignored me like a statue standing in front of her. Adding salt to injury after leaving her sight, I was in a state of discombobulation where I fell into the nearby canal.

6. They are cold when chatting or on a date with them

Some Nigerian ladies exhibit ridiculous characters that can make a sane man to become a lunatic over night. They replied chats with monosyllabic replies and keep quiet like cemetery ground when on a date with their toasters.

7. They display red signals to toasters by flaunting fake boyfriend picture or deceitful relationship status

Nigerian ladies have a funny way to treat guys harshly by updating their dp or pm with a cute dude who is not their boyfriend or state their relationship status as "married or engaged". Some who are "lord of the rings" flaunt their fake engagement rings to toasters.

8. They overdo "hard to get" character

Some Nigerian ladies are so confused that they place guys on the fence of their heart. They won't say "YES or NO" to him but when they need something important (either financial or moral help), they become lively but when everything is okay, they become moody.
OP Lacks confidence. Coined from your examples.
Ur list happens but y wil i fall inside a canal because of a lady. Not me. Ladies are Human stop reading jargons that says 'Ladies are Special'. Threat them like they are normal people you see around and they will calm down with you.

I swear,,I wish we had someone like el-rufai,, just 2months after election I think he's still clueless,, mere potholes along Akoka and Mushin roads have degenerated to completely bad roads... IF he had a mindset like Fashola who had a team that goes around and fills in little potholes in the night... He would not have to spend MILLIONS of naira on little things that Some Thousands could have solved.... I see a lot of Negligence and Waste in his tenure.,,,

And really if he doesn't play his cards right, PDP could take over Lagos in 2019,, 'cos he thinks 4yrs is still far away..
In the next 4years, may not necessarily be PDP but, it will be an Opposition party. Tinubu is fast loosing it. He keep running Lagos like is personal property.

@ur DP: v.funny. Are some ladies like dis 4real? Hot and on Lowkey.

Right from ikeja down to the slums of Makoko.. one thing that stands out are the public schools...
. I attended a public school and now an undergraduate on a good standing,, I actually paid almost nothing throughout my sec. sch. days except PTA fee&stationaries.. even the textbooks was free.. we even had a generator, schools bus and all,, the teachers never complained about delayed salaries.. if there is anything I think fashola did really well then it just has to be education.. no wonder he had 86% pass rate.. I doubt if Ambode can continue with that legacy....
God Bless All of us. Amen..
Ambode to me is a joker. I didn't vote at the Governor's Inec election because, i dnt see him having dat gorilla mindset to work.

The problem is there is no more Zeal to be a school goer. The society has succeeded in changing alot of things and people at large. We are after 'show me the Money'. So, where is the money? ART & FUN. People pay for fun. Pay and Stand to watch ARTist and FUN maker. More people now go into music, film, comedy and other creative and fun seeking industry. The family form the society. Every parent have a role to play. To Train up the Child in the way He should go. However, many parent failed. In as much as some parents are poor and want there children to be rich and wealthy, they give little acknowledgement to education; its now, operation 'where is the money.' Regardless of this, we need both knowledge and money but we must go through the right way. Once you can read, write and calculate, it is done. That's the foundation. May be a bit of History and culture in addition. Other things are learned in order to acquired a skill and use it to work for money. But, time as change. The system has change. Time is System. With the Internet taking the lead role in connecting people in todays world and good search engines like 'Google', have make it possible to acquire any Skill; make money doing anything creative[if you can market and sell your product or service]. Learning as been made simple. I talk to my Siblings on this and they understand it. We are in a world of 'anything is possible' only if you understand the time we are and the current system in operation.

Fashola tried for education in Lagos state,,in terms of infrastructure and others..
Fashola make me believe in public school back. His administration was the reason why my 3 siblings were withdrew from private to public own schools by my Dad. My testimony: when i enter a public school in Ikeja that have AC in some classes and staff room, i was like, 'this can't be true'. But you know what, it was true. God Bless Fashola, Me and You.

The only requirement by the standard of God, which is The Word of God is, that woman shud b submissive. A woman dats is nt submissive can neva be loved by a man. Take it or leave it, dats d truth.
