The Ivorian-Nigerian Ibrahim Sangare is a business man with an Ivorian dad and a Yoruba mom. He is not same as the N’Forest player.
Barryseal:

No he doesn't.
Thanks for the clarification.. I didnt really check well, lol

So Ibrahim Sangare has Nigerian ancestry through his mother..

That's interesting

HEAR ME OUT.. Let's experiment playing Kelechi in Iwobi's position in a not so important match.. Afterall Iwobi's work rate in the midfield is non existent and kelechi is creative and incisive with his passes.

You want Onyeka to do all the hard work alone?
Iheanacho for all his creativity isn't the kind of player you depend on for his work rate...
Iwobi hasn't been that bad as you people are painting him

One of the reasons I won’t forgive Rohr. Since that 0-2 win against us in Uyo, these guys lost respect and fear for us. E dey pain me wetin no good aswear

Reading their fans comment on Facebook, they don't rate us at all.. one even said we are their weakest opponents so far 🤣🤣

According to the official super eagles handle, Osimhen didn't travel with the team to Bouake...He is still in Abidjan

Members of the team traveled from Abidjan to Bouaké today via a 10pm Air Cote D'Ivoire flight. Osimhen did not however make the trip as a result of an abdominal discomfort. Team medics confirmed that he has been placed under close watch with a member of the medical team staying behind in Abidjan with him. If cleared by tomorrow morning, he will join the rest of the squad before 5pm.

Those who wanted Osimhen dropped might have just gotten their wish...

Osimhen wey JPes say ask the opposition defenders. They suffer. Man na menace. I agree totally with you jare.

Osimhen is very much like Darwin Nunez... They both have a reputation for missing easy chances and scoring hard ones...and their work rate is insane..
Liverpool fans often complain of Nunez missing chances, but they can't deny that he contributed well in other aspects..for instance, after our loss to Arsenal yesterday, it was revealed that all the games we have lost this season were the ones Nunez didn't start....that shows how important he is to the team..

Mujtahida:

Unpredictability for semi final?Just like that? Are you a teenager? Thank God una no be coach because una think say na toy una dey play. You think Afcon is a joke.

Okocha said that after winning Afcon at the first try in 94,he thought it was easy but at the end he won just one champion, one silver and three bronzes. Mikel said Afcon is like champions league. Oho

You see you guys are just talking in the abstract. Unpredictability based on what?

I watched Tijani yesterday. He said when Bonfrere Joe told him to play on the left at Afcon 2000, he went to complain to Keshi. Keshi now took him to see Bonfrere. When Keshi made the point about Babangida's complaint, Bonfrere chased them out of his room but told Babangida that if he doesn't score in that match, he would never play for Bonfrere again.

But Bonfrere was confident about throwing in that spanner not because he wanted to be unpredictable like an immature lover boy looking to impress his new girlfriend. He had his eyes on practical reality based on the fact - as revealed by Babangida yesterday - that there was a weakness at the back of SA that he could exploit. It was based on study and analysis.

I ask you now, what is the practical necessity of suddenly bringing in Moffi to start ahead of Osimhen? Based on what? Are you the coach? Have you studied the SA team? Do you know their strengths and weaknesses. Between Osimhen and Moffi who is better suited for our game plan against SA?

Talk easy ooo.

Moffi, Awoniyi,Boniface and Iheanacho were available during our last international break when Osimhen was injured... What did they even do? Only Iheanacho stepped up...

Anyone with common football knowledge will recognize the role Osimhen is playing in this team and would understand why it's unadvisable to drop him... The only thing I advocate for is that he ahould be subbed off when necessary..

Its not really surprising that the people at the forefront of the "drop Osimhen" campaign are those who never rated him in the first place...

See our chief football scout wey talk say he wont make the youth team of a championship club..the same scout that has refused to differentiate club form from national team form with regards to Iheanacho.. na bad belle dey do them...

Stopped being OTT and overcome with emotive sentiment.

Moffi is not underperforming in his league and club and neither is VO.

The striker's primary responsibility is to score anything else is an advantage. VO is struggling to score, Moffi should be given a chance to show what he can do .

At least for the first half and if he scores them he stays and takes the accolades.

As it stands AFCON defender have got VO marked and he is struggling to score one goal in 5 games is not good for him or the SE.

See wetin football scout dey talk

The problem is not in having anyone that can't handle Oshimen in southy defense.

The big question is will osihmen score? Dude can miss a one on one with a goal keeper.

He is not clinical or a finisher only good in assist. If not for Lookman we would've been home by now

You people need to chill... This is tournament football not league football.. Osimhen missing chances is painful, but he has contributed a lot to our victories as much as anyone else in the team... Scored against Equatorial Guinea, won a PK against CIV, forced an own goal against Guinea Bissau, Assisted the goal against Cameroon, and I dare say, his pace and ability to draw defenders to him helped free Lookman for that goal vs Angola..

My own problem is Peseiro's reluctancy to sub him off earlier... He looked clearly tired against Angola..

Spain were perennial underachievers and later overcame it in a big way.

I dont think Mali have a long term football development plan like Spain did...

They will never lack quality player given the generosity of France, but as a team, they're still poor..

Well done Nene. A bright future awaits him.

So much passion in the game.

The referee just spoilt a superb match with that last whistle.

Congratulations Ivory Coast for giving your country so much joy.

Seeing as Mali have a history for being perennial underachievers,I would advise that you take your mind off them...

At Indiana he averaged 13 ppg shooting over 40 percent from 3pt and still got sent to the bench the next season. How do u explain the demotion? At the bucks he was great whenever given a chance but once the playoffs got there those chances never came.

As far as contracts go u can resign a player whenever u want. The team doesn't have to wait till his deal runs out.

In today's NBA,half of the players don't care anything about playing defense.. The same Bucks fans who didn't like his lack of defensive contribution celebrated widely when they traded Holiday, one of the best two way point guard in the league for Dame, one of the best offensive, albeit poor defensive guard of all time.

You cannot use the word ageing with Ajayi and Ekong alongside Omeruo in the same sentence.

Dude you suppose know say Omeruo no be there mate forget, football age is at work here. In addition Omeruo has been allowed to OVER stay in the SE, he is not good enough.

We should be looking at far better players like Tosin,
Adedayo Osho, etc

Every year, you sing songs of "Omeruo is expired", and yet Omeruo turns up every major tournament for the SE....

a team conceding one goal means stingy defence not necessarily the best defence

Lol.. what does stingy defense even mean?
If you're a defender, are you supposed to be generous and allow your opponents have one or two at you even when you could easily prevent it?

He's already a source of shock being in the team and that's the highest we can tolerate.

That nonsense he did against Saudi is still fresh in my memory

I've my suspicion that the guy might be involved in match fixing based on how he conceded that goal against Saudi Arabia.. it reminds me of Ejide against Scotland in that pre world cup friendly in 2014..

The only thing stopping us from beating Angola on Friday is ourselves..

Peseiro and the boys have really mastered the 3-4-3 formation... It reminds me of Conte and his Chelsea team of 2016/2017..
The formation allow us concentrate most of our play to the flanks where our strength lies.. it isn't sexy football, but it's effective...

Against Angola, we should maintain the same lineup...

It makes more sense when you analyze the monetary value of players than this commentary you put up there.

Even when analyzing the monetary value of players, he caps... Like in Nwakali situation... The dude isn't earning any 2k per week like he said.., and neither is he the lowest-paid player at Chaves.
