Please I needed help to evict a stubborn tenant. After I left the country and handed over my property to a lawyer, a tenant has refused paying his rent for almost two years without reason. This is my own advice and I call this the fastest way to chase a tenant out of your house. My late uncle always use this strategy and it works all the time.

But it works only if you haven't gone to court with the tenant.

This is the secret; Meet a lawyer and ask them to place an increment for you for that particular flat/room.
E.g if the house rent is 250k simply add 100k on top to make it 350k.

Add something you know they would swear never to pay.

I'm telling you, na run dey go use comot for your house.

Do you know why they will run?
They know that once their house rent expires any time wasted will be paid for and be paid for in the rate of the new charge.

They also know that once you take them to court you will win them in one sitting. But here is the thing you can only give them the increment before one months of the due expirey date or give it to them when it has and give them one month to pack out.

That was how out from nowhere i saw my ex schoolmate (although he's a senior) on CGTN news one evening last year.
