Students of the University Of Medical Sciences, ONDO (UNIMED) have stormed social media to raise alarm and show greviances on the proposed increments in their tuition fees. The institution, Founded by the Olusegun Mimiko administration in 2015 has over a thousand student in the institution. Students at the institution has been paying between 182,000 and 242,000 as tuition fees for indigene and non indigene students over the years, However, The fees has now been hiked to around 350,000-500,000. Over 70% increments. 100 level students will now pay 350-400,000 and staylite will pay between 400-500,000
