Am sorry pals, I be not updated for some time now. Our last project the one storey block of four flats, 2bedroom each stipulated for a week was stalled.

The engineer had a problem with the owner and we were asked to pause. However, we got the nod to resume today. So we will round up by the weekend.

A glance at our work in progress....

lilzcee:
are u a stammerer? No, are u an introvert? No

one rule of life is, only say what u are sure of.. u don't know me. do u? well, we all need a measure of pride, else people will trample on u. be proud of who u are n always strive to hit new grounds. stop focusing on negative tins. let go of self pity. build self confidence

Emimoney:
is not true, u don't actually know everything

life is about perspectives. believe what u want to. but if I were u, I would learn to be positive and stop focus on negative tins... build ur self confidence period.

Emimoney:
am just tired, u know as an introvert, i spent most of time alone, people are not happy about it, they just want me to make friends and enjoy why am not like that, i make friends that i feel will accept me the way i am, i went out this evening to buy groundnut from the shop i don't usually go to i said "lemme go here sef, wetin dey here? I kuku enter, as a stammerer, i stammerer and struggle to greet them, i saw someone laughing, i was like maybe some else was amusing him, i asked them for groundnut, they said it has finished, i saw two bucket of groundnut there, em pain me, i didn't talk to avoid someone laughing, someone hissed as i was leaving their shop, i went to the next shop, greeted the woman no reply, she was attending to someone, i bone, then she asked what do want? I said groundnut, she brought it out, ask me how much i said N100, She kuku give me the groundnut, i gave her N100 i waited for the waterproof to cover the groundnut she said, u don't have a change, (meaning she thinks am stupid i said where the waterproof naa) she said ohhhh "waterproof", she brought out waterproof and gave it to me i walked away, i was hurt and felt like crying, when i was coming home, why do people think about us that way, introverts are not stupid, they just like staying alone mostly, am just sad
NB: please ignore my typos

u think someone is looking down on u, but is a lie, no one is. u just need to believe in your self, build self confidence and esteem . learn to see your self as u want others to see u

Its morning already......... SLP peacefully and a pleasant day ahead.....

At a glance.....

Client: Bluestride Engineering.

Started work today on this block of 4 flats at new artisan, near jubilee estate, Enugu today. It is the first project of my friend, we actually attended same uni, was his senior by abt 3 yes in sch. Read management and he read Building Engineering.

So was called some days back to check it out and today we commences work. Its a low budget project but we are compromising quality.

euromilion:
Hi Daniel,
That house with white paint, how long do u think it may last before re painting, what effect can dust have on it?

hello euro million, in all honesty, that white paint won't last long before repainting. If the house is situated in an area that is not tarred, dust will further male it dirty.

but my client insisted on white all through. I advised him against it and even suggested off white, yet he insisted. the house is under going cleaning now and within the weeks I will do some retouchings for him.

the client knows the pros and con's of painting white, but it is his decision.

Good night peeps. ....
