jabolo:Whichever a client chooses to do depends on a lot of things. First us his pocket, then his taste. IN my opinion, screeding not only adds to the beauty, durability, weather protection and smoothness of the house/wall. It shows that the client is in tune with the current trend in the industry. If you can afford it, pls screed. For durability, do cement screeding. In future, you will be happy you did. You do the whole outside, ante room, parlour n dinning, and just paint the other rooms without screeding. If you can afford to screed, quality paints Is recommended for weather protection |

If na me, I go use my Bae collect him money tire.... Na office him go be. Back then in Uni, my classmates liked my girl, everyone told him she is my gal, guy no gree, he came to tell me, I was like if u like her ask her out. Dude sente to talk to her, gave me tips, I went o. Bae laughed and was like u dey craze? Dude sent Bae SMS for lunch, Bae said I must join, I joined. At crunches, Bae wanted to make order n said we will go together, dude agreed. We went, Bae got me chicken, snail, rice, life alive, got meat for dude n took what she wanted. Dude didn't complain. Bae also got take away for us. When we are leaving, Bae insisted I will take her home as na me she trust, dude agreed brought cab fare, we went home n laughed. One day, dude walked up to me say I fooled him. I said no, u wanted to show Bae say I no get class, because na yam n fio fio or beans n roasted plantain I dey carry her go chop. So na him u wan show say u get money. Friends agreed with me, n reminded him he was warned. I forgot he got Bae a phone those days of open n close, Bae gave to me as she no poor like me. I have read about guys who fall in love and hold on to serious relationships when they are not comfortable because they don't have good jobs, and I think this is really bad.I have a different perspective. I started looking for a relationship 2 years ago, when I just rounded up my MSc. No steady job. Just doing little research jobs, teaching and of course PAINTING. My view was that I wanted to relocate and hustle, but I didn't want to marry someone I did not know well. So I wanted someone who knew me when I had nothing. Because once u are successful, everyone becomes nice to u. To cut the story short, 5 people turned me down, we will just flow and when I say am a painter, they will tune off. Till I met my fiance... She accepted me, encouraged me and stood by me. Am not yet there but, we are getting there. One of the former girls ran into my sis who told her about my present status, and she called and wanted us back. It is when u are struggling you will know who really loves you. |
Philosophia:I can understand how you feel. Many of us have been there. It hurts, but let me tell you what helped me heal. 1. Forgive her: resentment is too much a burden to bear. Freely forgive her and let her go. 2. Work extra hard: work so hard to make it and prove her wrong. If u make it, she would wish she waited. |
We are here for you..... THANK YOU FOR KEEPING FAITH WITH US... |

NwaAmaikpe:You need to speak Hausa or Kanuri because you will be working in the field, in a community that speaks those 2 languages. How would you interact with them if they can't hear you. Development work is about the people, you need to be seen as part of them to make an impact. If these job was in the west or east, speaking the local language fluently will still be a requirement. Programs is different from admin and finance who are office based, while program is field base. |

How much will it cost to buy a fairly used Toyota corolla 2003 automatic transmission and ship it to Lagos? |
The truth is Edeoga employed a lot of Nsukka people while in office , the appointments were lopsided. Though I don't know your family is from, I feel like they didn't get the job on merit, rather because they know the Vc. Whichever, the hunt continues. I feel for them. |
jabolo:Inside first, outside later. However, it depends on the pint being used and the type of surface. If it is a screeded wall and you are using silk paint then there is no problem. But if it's text coat or emulsion, we can plan to paint when the rain subsides |
