Because there's more to marriage than looking good alone |
Those shoes wey them wear no dey touch ground? abi na air them dey use am match... It's too clean underneath, seems they bought it solely for the pictures on a couch. |
FortifiedCity:I don't argue that it's kinda cheap but to be honest with you, it's way too expensive than how it was. In 2010, I paid #39,600 as a fresher into Engineering but now, it's close to 100% more. Why does it keep increasing? |
That's how bad our sports ministry has become. Nigeria used to be a team-to-beat in every beach soccer competition. Now in a competition of that, we can't boast of a point after three matches scoring just 8goals and conceding 28, how? I don't know who needs to hear this, THIS IS SHAMEFUL!!! |
Mauricio Pochettino has been sacked by Tottenham after five years in charge of the club. Pochettino led Spurs to top-four finishes in four of his five seasons in charge, as well as their first Champions League final in the 2018/19 campaign. However, Tottenham have won just five matches this season and chairman Daniel Levy said a change had to be made in the "club's best interests". Tottenham enjoyed a hugely successful European campaign last season, with dramatic wins over Manchester City and Ajax in the knockout stages earning them a place in the final, where they were beaten 2-0 by Liverpool. After that defeat, Pochettino warned Spurs faced a "painful" rebuild, with several senior players reaching the last year of their contracts. But he has been forced to rely on several players whose deals expire at the end of the season after the club endured another quiet summer in the transfer market. Their domestic form has been poor for most of 2019, and since a 3-1 win over Leicester on February 10, Spurs have won just six of their 24 Premier League matches. They are currently 14th in the table and were knocked out of the Carabao Cup by Colchester. Pochettino's staff - Jesus Perez, Miguel D'Agostino and Antoni Jimenez - have also left the club. Jose Mourinho has been installed as the early favourite to replace Pochettino. Daniel Levy said removing Pochettino as manager was in the 'club's best interests' In a statement released by Tottenham on Tuesday evening, Levy said: "We were extremely reluctant to make this change and it is not a decision the board has taken lightly, nor in haste. "Regrettably domestic results at the end of last season and beginning of this season have been extremely disappointing. "It falls to the board to make the difficult decisions - this one made more so given the many memorable moments we have had with Mauricio and his coaching staff - but we do so in the club's best interests. "Mauricio and his coaching staff will always be part of our history. I have the utmost admiration for the manner in which he dealt with the difficult times away from a home ground whilst we built the new stadium and for the warmth and positivity he brought to us. "I should like to thank him and his coaching staff for all they have contributed. They will always be welcome here. "We have a talented squad. We need to re-energise and look to deliver a positive season for our supporters." https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11675/11865128/mauricio-pochettino-sacked-by-tottenham

Haba...uncle Seun, just now now? You've not even spent time on the seat and you're already taking lessons from brother Lai Muhammed. Well-done ooo, sha be careful before Twitter go sue you for accusing them of deleting your account because you lacked data. Mumu activist. How can we stand with you again knowing you also have been compromised? |
OP, how do you know we don't know these things about him? Next time, find how to use the word "May Probably". Not concluding we lack knowledge of something or someone. It's too generalized. |
AverageAnnie:Good enough you do not need this makeup to look beautiful. I must say...You're damn too beautiful. |
handsomebanana:Had such an experience. It could be heartbreaking walahi. After calculating an A added yo your GP, one foolish Mr lecturer will just come an burst your bubbles. It's a story now tho. |
That's a very unfair result. Made me remember my second year in Mechanical engineering, UNN where we did an Electrical Engineering course and almost 90% of the whole faculty's 200level students failed the course. What exactly do these guys gain failing students without cause? Oh Nigeria! God help us! |
The African football governing body, CAF, on Saturday stripped Cameroon off the hosting rights for the 2019 African Cup of Nations, Nigeria’s football facility expert, has urged the NFF to make a move to host the continental event stating that there are ” many good stadiums in the country”. Following the stripping of Cameroon of the AFCON 2019 hosting right, sports facilities expert, Ebi Egbe, has called on Nigerian football authorities to bid for the soccer showpiece. Egbe while backing CAF’s decision to strip the Central African country of the hosting right, noted that Cameroon does not have the capacity to host the event, which is Africa’s World Cup. He stated that Nigeria which prides herself as the giant of Africa should go for the hosting right, as a way of proving that she is truly the number one nation of the continent. Egbe, who is the Chief Executive Officer of Monimichelle, a stadium construction outfit, noted that given the number of stadiums available in the country, the country could in three months time be ready to host the continent. “We have so many good stadiums in the country. All that these stadiums lack is good playing turfs, which can be fixed in less than three months. “The stadiums in Abuja, Uyo, Enugu, Port Harcourt, Asaba, Katsina, Lagos, Makurdi, Aba, Kano, Kaduna, Gombe and Bauchi can host any major international competition. All that the government need do is to re-grass the pitches. Talking about hotels, there are good hotel facilities in all of these cities and they all have airports and these are the things CAF would be looking out for.” Egbe said his outfit which did the pitches in Katsina, Makurdi, Aba and Yenagoa stadiums, can get the pitches of all the stadiums ready in two months if the federal government shows interest in hosting the tournament. He stressed that Nigeria can use AFCON 2019 to address the problem of poor playing pitches, which Super Eagles manager, Gernot Rohr, only last week observed as the biggest problem facing Nigerian football and home based players. “Only last week Rohr said poor playing condition is the biggest problem of Nigerian football. Hosting AFCON would help us solve that problem. “Beyond that, Nigeria would not be marching words with action over her leadership role in Africa if countries like South Africa, Morocco and Egypt continue to take the shine off us when it comes to hosting major international tournaments,” Egbe said.

Stunning bootilycious Kenyan television and social media personality, celebrity, video vixen entrepreneur and socialite, Vera Sidika, whose romance with Kenyan singer, Otile Brown, was talk of the town and well celebrated on social media platform, has ended the relationship. Curvy Sidika made the pronouncement on her Instagram page in a lengthy epistle that captured all her feelings, emotions and passions about the relationship. “Otile Brown and I are no longer in a relationship. I know it’s not important but since social media was involved it’s good to just speak my mind about it here. Feel free to judge. Feel free to share this post with your friends and gossip about it, feel free to mock my situation. It’s okay, I’m human and I’m gonna be true to myself,” she declared on her page. At a point in their relationship, Sidika, was accused as being used as stunt to boost the singer’s music career and she was also severally taunted of being in the relationship for material gains or all sorts. But she disclaimed it all in her long epistle heralding the demise of the relationship. “I loved him wholeheartedly, thinking he was in the relationship out of love he portrayed but I guess I was wrong. I would never involve someone’s heart if I need something from them. For the people who said I was paid to fake a relationship with Otile Brown just to boost his career, I was not paid a single cent, neither was I in the relationship for publicity. I got into the relationship because of love. I had no ulterior motives whatsoever. I was in it purely for love and I was there for him anytime and every time he needed me. I supported his dreams. I was ride or die for him. I was 100% faithful to him. I turned down hot guys, governors, presidents from different countries who wanted to date me because I’m not in that life any more. “I have said this a thousand times, that I don’t want to get married, it’s not my thing. All I wanted was to get a baby from sperm bank, set up business, live life, date, have fun, but not get married. That was my vision about life ,” she writes to explain how the relationship ended. In her long epistle, Sidika, claimed Otile used her, telling her he doesn’t love her anymore after he had got her to feature in his video. Sidika, who said she quit being a video vixen years ago, featured in Otile’s video purely out of love.

Former Real Madrid manager Zidane is currently out of work after quitting the Bernabeu at the end of last season. Zinedine Zidane has agreed a sensational return to Juventus – to work as a director. Former Real Madrid manager Zidane is currently out of work after quitting the Bernabeu at the end of last season. But he has agreed to join Juve’s technical staff and will work alongside Fabio Paratici as a director. That is according to Spanish outlet Libertad Digital, who claim radio station El Primer Palo will divulge more details of the deal tonight. Zidane’s supposed appointment at Juve comes just days after Cristiano Ronaldo signed for the club. The manager and Ronaldo were part of the Real Madrid side that won a third consecutive Champions League crown in May. The French manager was appointed Real boss in January 2016 and oversaw a period of European dominance at the Bernabeu. Zidane quit in May, citing fatigue, and was replaced by Julen Lopetegui. Zidane moving to Juventus is certain not a surprise, considering his history with the club. The former midfielder was Juve’s for five years before he was sold to Real for a then-record transfer fee of €77.5 million in 2001. He left Juventus having won two Serie A titles but never clinched the Champions League with the Old Lady. He was signed after Juve beat Ajax on penalties in the 1996 final and was on the losing side in both 1997 and 1998 as the Turin club lost to Borussia Dortmund and Real Madrid respectively.

FortifiedCity:You don't blame the school for that, if you see the drainage we're talking about you'd know Nigerians don't plan well when there are constructing facilities for public use. A very big wide gutter and no covering at all. The local government chairman ought to be held responsible for failing to monitor the contract he gave to whoever did that gutter. |
