Heard about a fatal accident on that hill which took more than 30 lives at once........the road is just too steep to climb even worse descending

I thank God that this project is remembered by the Governor, I could remember the day I boarded a vehicle to Abia State in 2007 and approaching the hill, the driver ask all passengers to come down while he drove a lone and climb the hill and we walk our up, a lot of lives have been destroyed due to accident in this hill, this is a landmark Project.

then take it to your bank.
if the LPO with bank guarantee is genuine, your bank will fund it.
stop collecting only LPO from buyers. that is a waste of time
