It's okay guys. No matter where we are in the whole world,or how far apart,we would always be together. I would be checking in from time to time. I just won't be as frequent and active as before. In some cases,I might go for days or weeks without using the internet.

Reasons? My parents,most especially my Dad,are not having it easy with me. Just as Speedyboi said,the internet was such a distraction to me,that it adversely affect my academics(Nomski knows this) and for that,my parents are not happy with me. They want me to stay off phone and internet for the mean time. I guess it's for the best.

Staying off the internet isn't really the best.. you can balance it. Make a time table. Know your priorities at a particular time, stop doing the right things at the wrong time and wrong things at the right time, contradicting, eh? so it is.

The internet is very vital in this present age. Learn to be less addicted, limit how much you spend online when you've got better things you could be doing. I was once an addict!

Try visiting the gym or doing home made work out at least 10 mins daily.. this would help with the muscles and start lifting every morning.

Note: The effect would be slow but its sure to happen, don't stop if you don't see signs at the first or second month.

I believe no matter how skinny you are, your body must respond to work outs.
