Op, what if one is coming there as an online freelancer e. A web developer who works for client online and coming to Rwanda to use there stable internet service and constant power supply, so my question is will it be adviceable to come over as an online freelancer?

Whoever designed this NYIF website is a sadist that just wants to intentionally frustrate applicants.

You spend weeks/days to request for token, you get the tokens but can't verify with any. Even to simply put "expired link" so that we can know our fates with such links Na wahala. "Verification failed" isn't synonymous with "expired link"
"Expired link" will have already defined the fate of that link
and we stop retrying it ratherr than "verification failed" which is making many of us keep trying the link over and over.

I think the programmer is either highly incompetent or the people that have him the job wanted to use this as medium to shortchange applicants, let’s assume the site was coded wrongly, I am certain they have been hearing complaints from various applicants why not take a day or two to fixed the issues..Naso Naija matter dey be, bunch of highly incompetent square pegs in round holes...

Okay, thanks for your response, but how does he now pay his school fees ? Beacause whenever we tried to pay the fees via the kofa portal it always redirect us to the acceptance fee peyment field, of which the acceptance fee have been paid and pdf reciept downloaded which shows status paid. It's just tiring, I taught this online thingy was supposed to make life easier for the students.
