Nwakatamary:Three weeks. Submitted 1st of September got the visa decision 21st of September and got the brp two days later. |
Banbanna:It is the original copy, the verified copy is a photocopy signed by the dean of the register. Except the school ask for a verified copy the ideal thing to go for is the original copy. |
macmudevo:To make Form A payment I will advice you use UBA and also you can't find the details online I will love to share it here but I will advise you write to the finance team at pay@mmu.ac.uk tell them you want the school bank details to make a bank transfer. They might want you to use flywire but tell them you want bank transfer. |
mechoau:Write your complaints to the International Application team at internationalapplication@mmu.ac.uk also tag international@mmu.ac.uk, I think I had experience the same issue. |
mechoau:Hi, what do you mean by new user? Is it for enrollment or admission. If you can explain better or pm me I can help you by forwarding it to the IT team. That's my school. |
erico2k2:I don't let the jobs get into my way of uni. That's why I stayed clear of support or care work. Once the money start coming, you want to get more. I notice most agency are ready to give 40 hours they don't care. I agree all circumstances are not the same, most people who do this have to pay school fees. They work more than 20 hours or more. I had paid all my fees so I don't let small money get into my way when I know what I stand to benefit. This winter holidays I have been working on website design internship for 100 hours organized by my school and a local business. We only get paid £300. But the value of that experience to me is worth more than any part time job I can get. I have not work any job this winter break. I have spent most my time reading and on my internship. And during term I only work Saturdays and Sundays. Just to buy bus pass and pay necessary bills. Thanks for the advice. Cheers. |
ttmacoy:Bros. The thing shock me. This western guys barely come to class just come tap card and leave. Most of them their school fees especially as masters are paid by the government, so they see no need. If I see the opportunity this people are just wasting the thing go dey pain me for Nigeria. This is a country that reward hard work. The day companies came to school to give talk on graduate jobs no of them show up, na Nigerians and Indians, Pakistan full everywhere. Most of them don't even know there is a graduate scheme. One told me he has never heard of it before. Is like living in a river and see no need to drink water. |
DaveChapelle:I agree with you. They devote large number of time for learning. I won't deny that. The only problem I have with them is, if you're not Indian some of them don't see the obligation to offer help. So I've Been reading In expectation for next term. And I'm going to be rolling with the Indians now. It took me by surprise I was expecting to see the white guys as some superstar but these India guys are now ruling the IT world, and one thing about them, they know what they are doing. |
Let me just chip this in. From my observation here in the UK, these indians are genius. If according to what i know about genius. In our Java Class, a guy who resumed in September completed the coursework in less than 3 hours. What will all have been doing group meeting for, this is a guy who came barely October ending nearly a week to end of course. He has never coded in java. All the oyinbo gather the guy like he was einstein. I also notice same in cyber forensic class, in our lab we have classwork for two hours, before twenty minutes the indians will submit and leave the class. When we are still studying the classwork description, trying part one. Those guys are good and best thing about them is their cooperation is out of this world. Northerns dey learn work for where this guys dey. An Indian guy who resumed late see are dey gather the guy give him all the materials, speak their language adding him to course group. Before a week the guy was already settled. Mine case was different the only Nigeria guy there dey speak phoney, behaving like something I don't know, because he has been in the UK for quite a long. |
Good evening. Please do any body know the exchange rate between naira to pounds at the black market. |
Alwaysachick:Yes |
Alwaysachick:Yeah. Why not. I got my visa with a transcript address to my brothers working place. So it would work. |
beautybella:No. You have to look for an office address maybe any of your relatives company or someone who can get your transcript when it's sent to there workspace. They don't send to your home address or hand it over to you |
kayalade123:Hi bro. How did you get to Warrington for your drive through test with eurofins. My appointment is tomorrow I don't know how to get there from Manchester. I will love to get a bus. |
Ndessien:I don't know if anybody has replied you but it takes about four to five. But I'm sure should be Friday or Saturday that week. |
Visa Alert! Visa Alert!! Visa Alert!!! I give Glory to God. Application: 17/9/21 Biometric: 21/9/21 Abuja Tls Moved to VAC: 28/9/21 10:00 am Collection mail: 28/9/21 12:00 am Collected: 30/9/21 No non straightforward mail No interview. No Brp delay mail. I declare my family in the uk and stated I will only spend quarantine at their place and gave their residence permit number. The wait no be hear. I think non straight forward mail comes mostly from the bank. I used a uk bank account belonging to my parent and it was very fast. Most of this Nigeria banks don't reply their mail from UKVI I think so. I thank God this time my only sure plug was God. I remember my passport took 2 months after getting a plug at immigration office she collected express fee for one week. Also transcript took 2 months after greasing palm and all that. I was really frustrated, but was surprised how quick the visa application went. I give thanks to God and pray for anyone waiting May God give divine acceleration to your application. For those contemplating on VI or Abuja, choose Abuja especially this time if you're in a hurry. Thanks to everyone who answered my questions and everyone who's experience gave me knowledge. Thanks alot justwise and the rest gurus. |
Anbandaras:Yeah, I just saw mine also. September 21 moved to VAC this morning also. |
Please has anybody who did biometric on 20th September or 21st receive a collection mail, or moved to VAC, especially Abuja tls. |
Wealthinwealth1:Depend on the amount for the kit, but I would say a foreign card should be better. Use a dollar or pounds card if you have one or try a naira card but I'm sure of naira card. |
solalal36:Enter a bus going to Wuse, tell the driver to stop you at war college. Beside the national defence college you would see a building yakub muktar building infact you will see people standing outside. Depend on your location you can also say central business district. |
Wealthinwealth1:You don't pay for passenger locator form but you fill the form, give details where you would stay and your day 2 and 8 kit and all that. |
aragbaboy:Same thing as me. 21st Abuja |
Aphrikanna:Yes. Go early on Monday, you might be lucky to do walkin that same day, if there is no much crowd. |
omojolar: |
Kenny4smart:Yes. I was at their office at Abuja yesterday and they confirmed it. But lagos is cheaper when booking. |
Peoria98:There's no much crowd but their shakar a no be here. Write your name today against tomorrow. |
qudusshotomiwa:Is suppose to be 1175 pounds but it's calculated in dollars and it 1691.18 dollars which is about 1200 pounds. That's what I paid for 2 years. |
Juddy2018:I paid on Friday last week that 16 and I got Tuesday should have been Monday but my card wasnt connecting well. Yes you might get a spot on Monday but try to pay like say 5 to 7 am on Thursday or Friday to get a Monday date. |
pimpc007:I don't think they have updated their site. It's barely 24 hours since the left red list, so it will change eventually just like qatar. But Google their office number in Nigeria or you can visit any of their offices in Nigeria. |
pimpc007:Because Egypt is not out of red list. Try Turkish Airlines. But should be from 23rd sep |
Misstoluwani:Yes. You will have print the receipt from your mail. |
Pls who have been to Abuja TLS lately. How is the walk in experience |
