We'll all get interactive after Chapter 10. You guys will tell me what you think about Ola and also tell me your favorite characters. My cousin said she'd "give anything to see Nene in person." |

Jman06: Obasanjo is one person that should shut his mouth when people are talking about fight against corruption. This is because he is corruption personified! He is one of the past dictators that bred and nurtured corruption in nigeria. Somebody who should be in jail for so many atrocities he commited during his regimes is today parading himself as anti corruption.Smh. Could u b any specific? Give us one point. |
Phones › Re: Why BIS Is Cheaper Compared To Other Data Plans by DanWrites(m): 8:18am On Dec 09, 2013 |
ncpat: My friend I honestly don`t know where you got this crap and if this is really from NCC the Idiot should resign immediately as the reason does not correlate with the topic at hand.
The reason why BIS is cheaper is as simple as ABC, it is a marketing strategy to make you pay the price range of N1,000 to N3,000 depending on the network and browse only 200MB or less instead of the 1gb to 6gb as promised, the network providers knows that with BB you can`t even use up 300MB a month therefore making you pay N1,000 for 200MB.
In as much as the BB plan has a cap, why would you instruct me what device to use? etisalat N1,000 = 3gb then allow me use any device and let it finish, what is your business? the service providers came out with BIS plan, so are they not expecting more subscriber to their BIS PLAN? now that you have more customer and each an every customer using their data cap, so what is the problem.
The problem is that the network provider did not even intend to make the BB user to finish the data size that is why most provided will tell you that BIS is unlimited.
take a look a normal data plan is N1,000 for 200mb so if BB is not consuming they are suppose to N500 for 200mb on BB but instead they want BB user to pay N1,000 and use the same 200mb for normal plans but all their plans backfire because Nigeria is the largest market in the whole world. I think even airtel tried it around 2006 when airtel was Vodocom or what again when they sold bumber card for N9,000 and you can make call for N5 to any network and as at then, network providers inter pay each other N12 for connectivity so the aim was that every 1 minute call u pay a rent of N7 meaning 9000/7= 1,286 minutes or 21 hours a month but trust naija, call center started using it and was making call at N10 per minute and average person making calls then will make a 5 minute calls and under 5 days they have exhausted the 21 hours meaning any extra calls from that bumber line vodocom will pay N12 against the N7 budgeted that was how vodocom pack go.
Don`t joke with Naija thinking you will cheat them because that was their aim when they came out with BIS. so not on point...BIS was not invented by network providers. Both BIS and BES had always been RIM's Internet service signature. No fact can deny those guys are not doing something from Canada. |

feb1: . . . "Flight" a film to watch by Denzel Washington ... Sometimes in life saying the truth often shows us who we really are. It frees our inner most selves from hate, worries and troubles ::::: remember in life any little thing we do Good, bad, evil, lies will surely hunt us down for the rest of our lives. . . . If you're addicted to that which is not good for your health go for counseling Flight didn't precipitate that much emotion from me. In fact I spent most part of the movie hating Denzel...till d point he couldn't bring himself to lie against the dead. Steel Magnolias made me cry though, although I know it was because I was alone in d room and I gave it all my attention. |

moppie123: An android phone covers any official/business thing a bb does. With an android phone u have apps that view ur autocad presentations without hitches, u can always edit words, view heavy pdf files without unnecessary hanging,u can read ebooks, u can even scan documents with an app called CAMSCANNER which even converts to Pdf if u want. The push email is awesome. U can view and edit powerpoint and excel documents with ur android. As an engineer there are apps for ur tools from a simple plum to a ruler, compass and more complex tools for networking and satellite installations. With a samsung android u also have a vpn netwok which if well connected keeps u on the go with ur android as u can always manipulate ur laptop at home as long as it's on from wherever u are, that way u can always get important documents when u are in Lagos and ur laptop is in owerri as long as the vpn is configured well and ur laptop is on. Need I remind u of the wireless hotspot, the wifi direct which enables u transfer huge files in a matter of minutes like 3 gig in just 6 minutes. The web browser is also very efficient and a hacked flashplayer 11.1 will give it that extra efficiency. U also have ur torrnt downloader, ur various media players, ur powerful games and google maps that ensures u are right on track. Photo editing has gone beyond photo studio and picmix or picstory, we are talking abt the picsarts, the camera360's, the instagram's, the snapseed's,the fotorus', these are all wonderful apps that can make a monkey look decent. I can always go on and on abt how dispensable a bb is in recent times and I don't miss my bold 4... Tho the affordable internet is a plus for it Bros, u dae sell fone? Abi na u sabi pass d guy wae don dae use d fone since dae do him work...nawao. all dis work for Google without pay. |

rudedough: BBM cannot run on Android 3.9. Do you think soon it won't upgrade from 4.0 benchmark to maybe 4.1?
Why can't it run on Android 1.0 - 2.0 - 3.0? Why 4.0 as a benchmark? Soon it's going to need Android 4.2 and where does that leave Techno currently powering Android 4.0?
Have you ever heard of a broken root access? Where your apps doesn't work on older OS unless you upgrade.
An example is your popular Facebook App. Does your old Facebook App still work on Android 2.3 OS and lower?
I'm tired of writing the same thing over and over again. Google is your friend, use it. No single Android app requires a "benchmark" of more than 4.0 Android version FOR NOW! Unless u intend to use your fone for a lifetime, u need not to worry. |
