Nigeria is in soup! I would have recommended Bouncy Castle or Stiftung for @OP but you said you want to come up with something new and besides, this 10% proficiency thing is errm...
Anyway, I suggest you get your hands dirty in code and discrete maths and when you are ready to tackle the big stuff, you may want to take a look at the internls of Bouncy Castle.

@all,assuming you were given the pdf of your admission letter can you proceed to submit your documents to the embassy while you are yet to obtain the hard copy of the admission letter?

ferhyntorlah: Danyl, vfs global is a Visa Application Centre(VAC) commissioned by the Canadian Deputy High Commission(CDHC) to collate visa application on their behalf.

When you submit your application at vfs global, you will pay a service charge of less than 5,000.

That means that i dont have to pay any fee at the VAC office right,and if so how much is it? and pls how do i track my application if i submit to VAC?

download Easy PHP, that will be easier for you,it contains the apache server and the bundled mysql database,its will make your work easier

My brother having a credential as urz and reviewing your application by the VO,he must have been suspicious of ur true intentions to come and study. With my little experience with the embassy,they dont fancy inconsistencies in any application. Hence,ur trv refusal !


Since u obviously have that much money as u claim,then u should be applying for ur PRV directly instead of a trv. You can do this through the Canadian Investor Program or the Canadian Enterprenuership Program since u are a business man. All u need do is package ur application very or better still get an immigration lawyer in Canada that will package one for u and rep u all the way to get PR visa.

Ur case is just like having a diamond or gold in ur hands and u are busy still picking stones. Please be progressive in ur plans and not otherwise,the VOs value that alot and that is why they want to have a feel of ur history when u apply for a visa. All the best Bro. Cheers !

what if you are going for a course to combine with another course you already have of which without a thorough knowledge of the two it will be hard to have a go. for instance, bioinformatics is a course that combines computer science especially software programming/algorithm designs and biology/biochemistry, and you are going for an undergraduate course in computer science to support ur previous degree in biological sciences.. what do you have to say to that...

@solomon okeigha, this is what i mean,i opened my application on their portal since feb 22, though it was around march when i send in all my supporting documents, i applied for the fall term then but i had to defer to winter term in january 2013...

I submitted my applicaition since feb22, but due to time constraints and inability of the admin to respond to my queries i had to defer my admission till january 2013, they said my file is complete and now the associate director at the registrar's office is requesting for another university transcript which i have already submitted on may30 and it has been received by the office since then, they even confirm that my file is complete what do you think i can do in this regard... pls reply

I send my high school and university transcript and my file was said to be complete, but what the man is saying is disturbing i expect the ones i sent to be transferred to him since they are all in the same file....

1. the second one you sent, was it another copy of the first one you sent...?
2. do you mean the supporting documents should contain 2 transcripts of my university education,though i've never come across that information on their portal...

@ebugirl, how u doing.... i just receivd a message from the associate director of admissions at dalhousie university to forward another university transcript when i have already done so since may 24, and it appeared on my menu that it has been received on the 30th of may, i really dont understand this people... though i deferred my admission till january 2013, while no letter of acceptance has been sent to me what do you i should do, actually i mailed the man back to check the registrar's office for as i have already sent one, but the automated reply i got was that he will be resuming back to work on august 3,am tired of this people....
