@topic, I don't think there can ever be a 50 50 share of power. One is always over the other and it just so happens that the man has the upper hand. I'm cool with 60-40 because I don't want to be in control of my man. Thing is even with the 40 I can always make my presence and importance felt. Sure, there will be times where there's nothing left to do but lead (and trust me, I will step up to lead) but I will not be really looking forward to those times.
