horpeyemmi66: Evening Sir, I believe you are a student of The University of Ibadan, department of Medicine. I just got admitted for Physiology, and I am looking at the prospects of switching to Medicine.
Unfortunately, I've been thrown off balance by UI. They admitted a total 146 students( 109 by merit and 37 via supplementary list).
Since UI has a quota of 180 but don't usually exceed 150 as I heard... What's the possibility of UI allowing crossing and admitting DE when we inevitably arrive at this bridge.
A space of 4 left is too meager to be shared between crossing students and DE students.
I earnestly await your candid reply as regards this.
Thanks. Since the quota is 180, there's nothing stopping them from accepting crossing students and DE. In my class, we're 41 BDS students and UI's quota is 30. MBBS students are 152(I think) in number. So don't think the highest they'll go is 150, UI can take more. Its up to you to work hard to achieve the crossing. Goodluck to you bro. Don't be discouraged. And welcome to UI |

chomytex: Though NT a medical student..I tink medicine is tougher I think people should stop comparing about which is tougher. Both dental and medical students do the same courses till year 4/5 depending on the school when they then do different stuffs. Dental students won't do obstetrics and gynecology but do all other medical courses that medical students do. So which is tougher? They're both tough |

He would have been better practising his dental surgery, cos that course no be moi moi. I don't think he's practising at all. He has been a musician since he was in school. He was classmates with two of my lecturers. You asked why he dumped the profession for music? Will you know him if he's a dentist? The thing is to excel in whatever field one is. And truth be told, he might have not made it big like in the music industry. |

Oh! I miss Champ so much. The picture of cooper when you first got him reminds me of champ When I'm through with studies, I must get a dog...not even one. Dogsss Good work deeptesting. Its good to see people who have passion for dogs like this. My parents and some of my pals attack me with the way I used to spend on my dog. I can spend my last dime just to make my dog okay. I'm happy with the way you're taking good care of cooper. Keep it up sir. And oh! I love German shepherds a lot... #kisses# to cooper |
