It’s a general ability test as it states, you’ll see a sample on the shl practice site(it’s the standard MCQ) and also it consists of some numerical, verbal and inductive together so you could use those to practice(I did) even though they’re more intense than what you’ll get in the general ability test but the more questions you have to work with the better you get. You have no idea. It is one of the top A agencies, competing with the likes of NPA, NIMASA, NLNG. I know people who are ready to pay 5mil+ for a slot at NERC. So, congrats to you! Have you done your interview?

Lol! I try to "leave" but I get sucked back in. Hope the materials help you. I planned to share my experience with each of the tasks, particularly the Group Exercise and the Presentation. I'm still not yet decided whether I will do that or not.

Experience hires are based on very strong connections. This one you cant argue.
