salaries and allowances is through cbn. Pengassan and nupeng refused to join ipps. Other allowances like claims are usually through remita.

I spoke with ss2 HSE staff at nnpc, he told me about the speculation of releasing apl this week or next. But asked if i have called another brother who works with HR nnpc? I said no but we exchanged Friday greetings via text. He directed i shall call him to confirm. I placed a call to him by 7:30pm and we spoke. I asked him about same speculation of releasing apl this week or next. He said is not true. His response:
" we just came out of meeting, i arrived home not past 20 mins. It may occur in December and may be January or February. Dont u know that we are even pursuing court case? mtsss (as in worried about the process) nothing for now i am telling you (he called my name) ". He prayed the best for me and i thanked him.

I like this apl pass i think, my promotion to same SS level i applied wt nnpc is due by Dec 03. Any date after Dec 03 i am just demoted. But we have to stick on the reality. As i have said, is hard for nnpc to shun court case, being BUHARI as the petroleum minister.

So communication between GMD and HR management is oral/verbal but not formal via memo/email/ etc?
And decision to proceed with the recruitment is solely by the GMD?

APL is tied to Court Judgement. No body has this date at hand. Our prayer is for the best

The determinant of this recruitment is the Court. If NNPC wins, the process will go on. Else, implementation of the Court judgement is the answer: to refine or cancel the process for new one or not. In this regime, Judiciary is INDEPENDENT. No body's assertion will make any effect for now.
We all need it but lets tell ourselves the truth.

This cancellation thing dey get ground ooooo. The new management were unhappy with the final stage as it was compromised. Some even thought, the court case was internally sponsored to get a legal backing to the cancellation. Regardless, one needs to get scared of this process. Finally, watever comes, just accept it.

Court Order

No body shall expects APL until after the court decides. Buhari (the petroleum minister and the signatory of the whole process) has been obedient to court orders and will never interfere. APL comes 2020, even if it will.

Multiple alertees are those with extended interview time, to compensate their inconveninces such as passing more night in Abuja. If ur interview time was for 8am while delayed till 6pm, u will get morethan single alert, etc.
