pleep: Completly agree with this. While in South Nigeria most of the policemen we saw were from far away states. Almost all of them i met were Hausa, i have no idea what the benefit of shipping police halfway across the country is.

The whole system is just bleeped.

It's a system in which supports corruption, as is presently seen in the total ineffectiveness of the NPF to do anything right.
