This is not true. Last week, I was in onitsha and some adjoining communities, including okija, ozubulu and ihiala. The state of the roads in onitsha especially owerri road and many others is something of a nightmare. I couldn't believe that Onitsha residents haven't protested due to these dilapidated roads that are death traps. Just as I was passing that owerri road , a container truck that couldn't navigate a pot hole fell on a keke. Four souls were lost as a result .

Speaking from a place of knowledge, I'd advice you to be cautious and study her more before settling for marriage.
