Thanks sir, although I have been more involved in designing that building in recent times, I do have some jobs I have handled, but posting pics would be with the consent of the owner as it is with the design, but this I can promise, I will post pics of the next project I'm about to handle, very soon..

It's a flat roof sloping backwards.. it can also be modified to several roof designs, depending on what the client wants..

Land requirement : 15m (50ft) X 15m (30ft)

An updated cost estimation will be appreciated.

Seen... was a mix up.. it will actually take 1.8m to get the carcass of that building done.. that's what I intend writing, not 18m, it's not a house made of gold

Minimum land requirement is 100ft x 50ft plot
It's a 4 bedroom bungalow
4.5 - 5m should get the job done
The staircase is just behind the garage..
