My mistake.. truly sorry.. it's doesn't have a back staircase..( land constraints) .. but there's provision for spiral staircases, as back exit..

The only staircase in the building is the one leading to the penthouse....and its not at th backyard ...thanks

Thanks. Yes you are right for the stairs space.. extra 2/3 meters should solve that. I only have 60x120ft plot to spare.

I was referring yo 60x100 not 60x120

Sorry was an oversight.. would have to make a little reduction in length and compensate with the width tho.. but it will still fit in properly

And can a 3 Units of 3 Bedrooms Flats fit on top? (Only Master bedroom needs to be ensuite). Thanks.

The external dimensions are : 30.650m x 9.600m..

As for the 3 units of 2 bedroom flats.. it can fit.. although the lenght would then have to increase since stairwells would need to be added, except if you opt for the use external staircase.. thanks sir

Can this fit in that land of 60x100.. And still have parking space for 6cars at least.. I later had a change of mind with regards to the hotel design I earlier proposed on this piece of land due to the obvious fact that I may not operate the business fully since am domiciled in lagos here.. So I have been considering erecting a commercial house there in enugu

Yes sir.. it will fit in a 60ft x 120ft plot with adequate parking space enough for six cars.. it was initially proposed for a 30ft x 120ft plot and had parking for 3 cars.. so with your plot.. there should be more than enough parking space.. thanks

It's a bungalow.. it's won't affect the structural stability not a fan of brick tho.. I prefer the traditional blockwork..

It's my fav. Color when rendering.. because it's always pronounced and it doesn't hide details...

of using red-bricks as against concrete bricks . . . for let' say a whole bungalow ?

cos' i see some houses with pure red bricks . . . how strong would they be?
while some would build with red-bricks and still plaster the bricks . . so u won't even know its red-bricks under the cement?

True talk sir.. but in this case it's not the entire building.. just used in some specific areas for aesthetics purpose..
