Good morning all the guru in the house for the job you are doing here, I am the guy that ask some month back that I am an hearing impaired person, my appointment was canceled because I apply early at Abuja embassy and the appointment code was not change which made me loose the first application, I have to pay another 64k,please my question is, is it the V O I will tell I want him/her to write because I can't hear very well, I only watch lips to catch my mother tongues (Yoruba) or I would have met with anyone before meeting the V O, my question in summary who will I inform about my hearing loss for effective communication, am nervous because of my poor communication, please don't mind my long and poor write up, I need my hearing back to get a life of my own, I want to do cochlear implant in Hollywood, hearing aids has turn me deaf... Thanks in advance

I strongly advise you start learning sign language.. cochlear implant will turn you into a walking robot that uses batteries....

it's actually funny the way most people reason, this is a prototype locally made tipper from scraps...I was there and personally saw this guy driving this thing around,it may not be what you expect,but he built it without assistance from anyone,just a high school leaver....he actually drove if from onitsha to Awka....now if he could do this without any advanced studies on mechanics,then imagine what he can do when this talent is harnessed ....

Anambra is always first in every thing...a sunshine state state indeed

Anambra state born master Tagbubo Chukwu,was today displayed to the admiration of the general public at the ongoing Anambra state first international week for the Deaf program holding at Awka, tagbubo who who Built a locally made TIPPER TRUCK and drove it all the way from onitsha to Awka the venue for the DEAF crafts exhibition, explained during an interview with the SA to the governor on sign language communication Joseph Sunny Collins,that he graduated from the special school for the Deaf,onitsha 2 years ago,and he started constructing the tipper about a year ago,even without getting a training from anybody,but by his own instincts.the Executive Governor of Anambra state,chief Willie obiano,able represented by the SSA on disablity matters,Barr. Chuks Ezewuzie,was so astonished by this level of ingenuity as he sat inside the TIPPER.and promised the state government will do all it can to assist the development of such rare skill.. tagbubo is seeking to improve his engineering skills to an advanced level and seeks support to achieve his dream..this goes to further buttress our advocacy for inclusiveness and demonstration of ability in disablity.
I plead that the Mods push this to front page so this Deaf guy can get more support to achieve his dreams.

OBIANO RECEIVES NIGERIA's BEST DEAF FRIENDLY GOVERNOR AWARD

The Executive Governor of Anambra state chief Willie Obiano,was yesterday 3rd November 2017 conferred with an award as the BEST DEAF FRIENDLY GOVERNOR IN NIGERIA, by the Nigeria national association of the Deaf, Anambra state chapter,as part of the activities marking the celebration of 1st Deaf awareness week celebrations in anambra state.The chairman of the Deaf association Mr Polycarp Udeagu,was full of appreciation to the governor for appointing an SA to the Governor on sign language communication,free transportation for all persons with disabilities,free education for the Deaf,as well as approving funds for the celebration of the Deaf awareness day...
The Governor able represented by the SSA on Disability matters,Barr chuks Ezewuzie,also received a portrait painting of the Governor from a Deaf artist Mr uchenna.also the SSA to the governor on Disability matters and SSA on special schools Mrs IFY Enekwechi, also received an award from the association for their unalloyed support to the Deaf community and clamour for full inclusiveness, high points of the event was the exhibition of various items produced by Deaf persons which includes a locally made tipper driven from onitsha to Awka,paintings from Deaf artists,items produced with beads, liquid soap,and furniture.the theme of this year's DEAF awareness week is FULL INCLUSION WITH SIGN LANGUAGE.

dumb questions from a supposed enlightened lady,so they don't see what he has done for them? perhaps you didn't read the part where the report said the appointment of a special assistant SA. on sign language communication to bridge the communication gap between the deaf and hearing during state functions,or you also missed where the report says persons with disablities in anambra state enjoy free transportation and automatic employment after graduation? or they didn't see when the governor appointed a senior special assistant (SSA) on disablity matters,a visually impaired man in the state?...let me stop for now.... always reason first before you comment...well they hear through their sign language interpreter appointed by the Governor

As part of activities marking the 1st Anambra state Deaf awareness week celebrations,Deaf persons from anambra state,came out in Mass to join the awareness rally in which members of the society were educated about the rights of the deaf,their ability to excel in whatever profession they venture into.very important messages carried on the placards include.. BEING DEAF IS NOT A CURSE,DEAF CAN DO ANYTHING EXCEPT HEARING,STOP DISCRIMINATION AGAINST THE DEAF,ETC....SOME DEAF LEADERS who spoke through their sign language interpreter,the SA to the governor on sign language communication MR JOSEPH COLLINS were full of praises to the anambra state governor chief Willie Obiano for his kindness and love towards the DEAF,which has been demonstrated in his appointment of an SA to bridge their communication gap with the hearing world,providing free transportation to all persons with disablity,and granting approval for the celebration of the 1st DEAF awareness week even in anambra state,and so many more.....the Governor has been nominated to receive an award from the Deaf community tomorrow 3rd Nov 2017,as the best DEAF FRIENDLY GOVERNOR IN NIGERIA.

And yet a youth is the Governor....he even had the effontry to come to anambra state to campaign a Governor (Willie obiano) who pays his workers on 24th of every month..
