I take your point but it seems that a lot of people misunderstand. These websites are for a particular market. Small business. Nothing here says that I will build a website for a commercial bank for this price.

As a firm believer in the free market, I am all for you setting your prices as low as you want. One stipulation: make sure that after factoring in your time spent, hosting fees, maintenance time, etc., that you are still running a profit...a profit margin (as opposed to gross profit) that is enough for you to pay your bills with and have a little left over for a rainy day. All I ask is that your quality not be compromised. Remember though:

1) You are not a government, which means that you have no tax-generating base to make up for any losses.

2) Developing a website involves creating the graphics, meeting/talking to the client, actual coding, hosting fees, etc etc. The likes of web.com can do what they do because they have a large enough customer base that whatever losses they make can be made up for by their other ventures.

How can a non-existent entity have a website? What will it say? Every line on the website will be a contravention of every law relating to political parties, every name on it will be liable to prosecution.

It is sad to see grown up boys and men shaking in fear. Its alright guys , you can still overcharge your victims customers. We will give quality service at an affordable price.

I saw a couple of members offering this and I was glad. This is something I have been doing for some time. What do I do? Well I design and build a 5 page business website for anyone at a cost of =N=5,000 and I also throw in hosting for free. What my customers need is to get a domain.

Now I think we should all show that this is a needed service. There is a market for =N=100,000 websites and there is a market for ours.

I am very suspicious of those that say they can open a paypal account using BB. My BB takes me straight to paypal mobile and you can only manage your already existing account from there.

You said it is possible for company to open a paypal business account as a recognized legal entity and that there shouldn't be a problem about that? My question for the umpteenth time is to practically and as simple as possible tell us how or where to go about that. It could be something like go to paypal website and click on so and so link and you will find this or that. I mean a kind of KISS (keep it short & simple) approach.

I do not only know how to open and operate other types of paypal accounts, I have the account and I still use my paypal with balance in it. I do not need or use it with any software or VPN or such hide IP nor do I need any other guide that an average Nigerian user needs as they advertise here on Nairaland. I even have my paypal mastercard if I need the fund from ATM. But I am very open to information and researches from other people here. The solution is simple, have the right account. The reason Nigerians have problems with PayPal is because they want to do things the wrong way. Nigerians can legally have PayPal accounts but they really should be business accounts. Yes, this means incorporating a company and using the company to open the PayPal account. If people did this there would be no money lost to PayPal. I am aware of the cost, but what is the limit to the number of shareholders a company can have? If it means charging a fee, I don't see why 50 people can not use one legit account? Is it not one company? Each person would end up paying around $40 if the company opened an account in an offshore location or $15 if the account was opened in the USA. Doing it this way will kep the users honest as you will make sure you know ( in the Nigerian sense) the people you allow in.

Option 1,
A small account, usually a virtual account, that you can use online and comes with a MasterCard or Visa card to use at ATM machines. This will have a maximum limit on the amount you can keep of between $2,00 to $7,500. Cost to you? contact me.

A real offline account, comes with cheque book and debit MasterCard or Visa card. You can deposit cheques etc into it. Has a number of limitations but essentially works like a full high street bank account. please note that these are not ANONYMOUS accounts, you will fulfill ALL due diligence requirements including a letter from your current bank.

Option3,
Full high street bank account, these need no explanation, I can show you where they are. To get these you will need an ITIN. Most people incorporate companies and use the EIN to get bank accounts.
