1) Please since 2.5m was use to sponsor each child,is it this amount that will be written to answer the question that says, How much money will they be paying towards your visit? yes

2) what of infant that the, flight fees for infant is free,so how much are we going to use for the sponsor of infant? you can use 1m for feeding and shopping

Infant is baby less than 2yrs old

3) how much did you wrote to sponsor ur wife? same 2.5m

4) Did you wrote this 2.5M in naira for each person on their visa application form? only infant was different, wife and 2 kids were same

I already have 2 years UK visa and I have actually traveled to all the countries in UK but this time, I’d want to apply for my kids so that they spend their Easter vacation in London.

I’ll sponsor the vacation. I want to know if I’m to write their sponsorship letter together in one page and include their names and passport detials or I’ll write it per child.

Moreso, will their applications be applied separately or together? Kindly assist me with the answer because I’d want to apply for the visa earlier now for them to enable us prepare for the vacation on time By God’s Grace, Amen.

Good day all. Pls i got a mail saying "we are unable to process your application and reach a decision within the published timelines" then they listed several reasons as the possible cause of delay including; verification of documents, too many applications being processed, more information required, etc. However they also stated that they are still working on it and will contact me if they need further info.

It is a Standard Visitor Application for 6 months that was submitted exactly 2 weeks ago today so its not even up to the 15 working days they stated.

Has anyone come across this situation pls?

- Each person has a unique GFW number and it can’t be linked.
- It’s from their own forms that you’d list your own details and that of your wife as they are underaged. Also their visa would have your details stated on it as you’d be traveling together- which means the visa is only valid with you or your wife accompanying them.
- each person to the best of my knowledge will need to do an individual biometric booking, I don’t think there is an option for this for UK. There is group booking for French Schengen.
What I did the last time for my renewal was do premium and picked time slots that were closely available- for example 1:30pm, 2pm.
Just look out for a day that has enough close time slots.

Maybe they have alot of over-stay people from the time of olympics and have decided to take stricter measures.

My sister and her kids applied as first timers and france gave them 4years multilple entry and gave her husband 1 year Multiple entry. But this was early last year.

France is one of the easiest route to get Schengen Visa.

Others are more difficult. You guys got something wrong, probably basking on the euphoria of your first Schengen Visa via Netherlands and didn't out more efforts.

Just wrote my own exam at the Sani Mikailu Center, Jos and it was a horrible experience for me. I had about 30 mins left on my computer but it submitted itself and when I complained, the exam manager replied “It’s a nationwide exam so they don’t use the computer time”. Can you imagine? And nobody cared enough to tell us from the start? Even when computer was tripping off, we were being assured that everything is fine. I am so disappointed.

No but SHL Talent Central sent a registration mail while I was registering for the test. At the end of the test a window page displayed some info and stating the test is completed.

Did you get email saying you have completed the test and why did you ask?

I have done my NLNG Test. Mehn the timing is no ones friend. In God I trust. Today happens to be the final day window / period for the test.
