Lord, have mercy on Nigeria. Any wonder many of these states where these 'representatives' hail from have refused to sign the Child Rights Act to protect the right of children? Katsina has the highest number of teenage mothers, thus VVF..........This breaks my heart. Nairalanders please look for where the ChildNotBride Petition is being signed in your state, do not just do nothing, this may not necessarily affect your children, but help save another girl. Your child may also have cause to wonder why her nine year old friend is being forcefully married off. Pls save a girl.

NDLEA, the guy wanted to commit suicide by carrying hard drugs to Malaysia,pls allow him. no need to stop the people who try to take hard drugs to Malaysia, Singapore and other Asian countries where they know the penalty is death. allow them jare. nonsense. he knew he was carrying drugs, why would someone give me an empty bag to travel with and then promise to pay me for doing that? and he claims to be a student. later he would get there, get caught and start shouting that Nigeria is not doing anything to protect its citizens abroad. ( where is the hissing icon?)
i am amazed that with all the orientation and news of what happens to drug pushers, people still try things like this. but i cannot always blame them, but blame a society that celebrates the rich without knowing the source of wealth. if he is suddenly rich, his village would hail him as a true son, he would sit in front row in his church, and girls would be...that is another story ( i am never into girl bashing o, but some girls shame us other girls).

just came in from the gym,i go at least 4 times a week. but if i don't make it up to four times, i don't sweat it. i am just maintaining my weight and staying fit and healthy. 5ft 6inches,59kg, not bad at all.
exercise is good and i enjoy it, one of the best ways to take care of your body..

use a face lotion that contains SPF, Ambi comes to mind, but there are lots more. you also have to consider if your skin is normal, oily or dry before choosing. also try as much as you can to stay out of the sun,at least unnecessary. you can use fade cream at night after washing your face. you should notice a difference in a few weeks unless there is some medication that is causing it.

this would only hold any advantage for the ordinary Nigerian if the law stipulates that children of public office holders must attend public schools. the private schools these children attend are even expensive that being abroad. for example, American International School, Abuja (AISA) where GEJ's and many NASS members children attend costs about $9000 per term for what is equivalent to nursery and early primary. i don't know how much secondary school costs. Regent British School costs about $7000. Nigerian Turkish Nile University costs about N1.6m for non science courses. whose children attend these schools? so what are they talking about? if it does not involve their children attending public schools, they should forget about the law jo and stop deceiving themselves.
