RomanceIf Your Girl Is Worth A Billion Dollars, And She Proposed? by datGuyJoo(op): 10:35pm On May 12, 2016
So here's part two to my original question " would you propose to your man"

If your lady's net worth is a billion dollars and she proposed to you, would you accept ( obviously for love na) ?

And if the reverse was the case and she wasn't worth a billion and she proposed, would you still say tradition dictates a man is supposed to do the proposing?

Did a Billion in assets change your mind?

PureWays:
These are reasons why it would be difficult for such to happen in Nigeria..
I understand your thoughts and I'm sure you echo what a lot of others would be thinking.

I like open open discussions and this is a good start start. Just like the good gender equality fight going on, how women fought be able to vote and earn equal pay, it's only a matter of time before proposing will be normal whether from a man or woman.

FamilyRe: Is It A Sin To Steal Ones Parents Money? by datGuyJoo: 7:05pm On May 04, 2016
Answer to your question? = stealing from your parents is bad.
is stealing bad? = Yes
Does it matter who you steal from? = No
Even if you steal from a crook? = Yes
Even if you are starving and have no choice? = yes

Question to you to: can you live with yourself after?

Now why would stealing from your parents be good? please explain as I would like to hear your rationale ?

Sin on the other hand is subjective and I try not to get into religious debates as it's rankly dumb. If you know right from wrong, religion is not needed to make you feel better. If saying 20 hail marys and praying for forgiveness of your sins makes you feel better then chances of you sinning again shoots up.

Keep up the great work.

CultureRe: The Symbolism Of Having A Tattoo In Nigeria. by datGuyJoo: 10:26pm On Apr 25, 2016
Interesting. Everyone up in arms over tattoos because it's not our culture and it's not in the holy books?!

But our culture is okay with the pics below.
Funny how when it suits us we claim culture and when it doesnt we claim religion.
Which one came first? Culture or religion, i digress

Music/RadioWhy The Bouncer Won't Let You In by datGuyJoo(op):
https://www.thesharkguys.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/doorman.png
Clubs are Exclusive, not inclusive
Some places are inclusive and accept everyone. These are called churches.
A club or party is not a church so they can chose to include you or leave your sorry ass out.
And who has this power, your first point of contact - The Bouncer.
You really do not want to have to pull out your phone and pretend you are calling someone you know when in-fact you are trying to save face( All guys can relate to this)
Make plans before you get there, either call to reserve your spot or go with someone who has been there before and knows the deal.

You look out of your league
If you look like Yemi Alade, Kelly Rowland or a Shuwa Arab. You are in
If you look like Idris Elba or Tyson beckford. You are in
If you look like Bovi or Imeh Bishop. Depends if this was before they become popular or after!

Someone who is clearly out of their league sticks out like a fish out of water. And bouncers can usually sniff this out.

If you are a guy and and 10 of you show up to the club, it will take longer for you to get in.
If you are a guy with 6 lady friends, you are more likely to get in quicker.
If you are 6 guys and have just 1 lady friend, chances of you all getting in at once is slim. Just know the first 3 people out of your crew to get in will include the lady.

WebmastersRe: What Do You Think About Nigeria Having An Association Controlling Blogging by datGuyJoo: 7:58am On Apr 21, 2016
It's actually laughable. Every site has the same thing and only one source of truth.
You could all band together and collectively do some research, you would have better quality content but nope, it's more of a race to see who can copy better and be first to post it better than a photocopy machine, no skills required.
Bloggers creed: Just learn Control A, Control C and maybe use Control X

tru talk my man.
http://www.videonaija.tv/

greenpasture:
Absolutely not. The beauty of the blogosphere is that truth and quality eventuality rise to the top through user preferences. Once you tinker with that freedom and create a walled garden you get something very different and inferior. Control is a bad idea on the internet - it creates small spaces that nobody but specialists and heavy nerds visit.

The second problem is enforcement. If I have a blog hosted abroad how do you enforce your "principles" on me? What if your principles are wrong or unduly restrictive?

The BEST that can be done is to have a voluntary code of best practice that bloggers can choose to adopt. Maybe seven simple principles - none of which should restrain content through the back door because after all - a blog is someone's idea of what is true, informative or worth hearing and the best people to judge this are the readers themselves not a small group of faceless judges. The objective should be improving quality not restricting membership.

This would be a back door to the dark ages.
