Now, I have d problem of not being able to access my phone files on my PC (HP g6 Pavilion Windows 8 cool even after downloading d BB-PC suite. Pls, i need help as to how my PC would access my phone files so dat i cud back up n synchronize my contacts n stuffs.

When i tried movin the files manually to memory card, it reports "cant open" to all my songs, videos n am frustratd alredy.
Pls, i need urgent help.
