Nigeria's public universities still attract the best brains notwithstanding the rot occasioned by the ruling class (political and religious) who own and control high fee paying private universities and deliberately weaken public schools by starving them of funds.

Harvard is what is it today because of the huge funding and the brains it attracts.

I will start taking our private universities more serious(ly) when their products top rigorous external exams and graduate schools abroad.

Dear Detola, d therapy did not say drink warm water throughout d day rather it should b d first thing dat enters your system in the morning at least 45 minutes before you consume anything.
I tried it n it was not easy at first but after a week n noticing d improvements it became easy.

Warm water is good as it helps blood circulation among other benefits but not in all circumstances. There are some instances where cold water/drink is compulsory.

It will not be healthy to drink hot/warm water when you are hot, dehyderated on a hot day, stroke stricken or after a day's work.
