OmoManU: Confused party
Who is bankrolling Atiku campaign now?
Nyesom Wike the PDP CEO don vex since his candidate was out-dollared in Port Harcourt.
Udom Emmanuel have his hands full with Akpabio challenge.
Ben Ayade has kept himself away from PDP frenzy.
Seriake Dickson is more of an observer now.
Okowa is fighting for his own survival.
Gov. Umahi is fascinated by Buhari's achievements.
Gov. Obiano don't want anything to do with PDP and would rather work with Buhari.
Gov. Dankwambo now knows it is suicidal to support Atiku.
Ishaya Darius of Taraba is minding his own business.
Ortom suddenly has realised that herdsmen crisis can no longer give him automatic ticket, and the Ortom slogan of "Otomatic" don't sound like automatic any more and no more appealing.
Gov. Aminu Tambuwal is begging sokoto people to forgive his stupidity and still allow him to be their governor for the second time.
Kwara's Fatai Ahmed has woken up from Saraki's induced coma.
Nnmadi Kanu's brother Gov Ikpeazu cannot bankroll Atiku since the supreme leader said No "Lefeledum no Erection".
Kwankwaso wants to save some face and may actually be on his way back to APC.
Lamido is no longer willing to work with Satan to dethrone Buhari, maybe the only Satan he is willing to work with is himself.
Makarfi just fizzled out as if he didn't fight heaven and earth to collect the PDP Chairman position from Modu Sheriff.
David mark is still in shock with the 35 votes he got in PH, he didn't know who he should be angry at; is it the 122 Benue state delegates that gave him only 35 votes or the party he served for 20 years, that couldn't reward loyalty?
Jonah Jang's own is worse, this time around he got the 19 votes he needed to beat Ameachi in the GOVERNOR'S FORUM'S election, but alas this is a different election. Ok.
Maybe OBJ will roll out the money, but Baba Iyabo is only known for spending government money during election.
So Atiku is left with SARAKI and those who want to even make dollars from him instead of contributing to the election.
It sounds funny but so true.
In short, all PDP Governors have suddenly realised that their support for an Atiku over a Buhari, is nothing but sure way to waste their states meager resources and a journey to nowhere.
Elton Onwu Good one. Apt. Nothing more to add |

When Obasanjo started his assault on Atiku, he was asked and he Co firmed that Atiku never one day ask him to bend the rule. He told the panel that when pressure was on Atiku he called him and told him that should this people call you just let them know that I have talked with you that is not possible to bend the rule.
Don't inform me about who brought who to government... Atiku brought rufai from the United nation house where they met and he disco ered he was a Nigerian. Before then he didn't know him. Virtually all the tecnocrats in the government was invited by Atiku
I will need to send you back to Google again. This time you need to study the functions of the national council on privatization and the composition. It is not a one man show and the act setting up spells out who and who can be members. It includes state government.
The two most important signatures for the privatization of any government establishment without which nothing can be done are those of DG, BPE and The President. This is the reason Obasanjo was able to concession DSC to global steel to without Atiku input. [/s]

In any case, Buhari and his handlers couldn't have been in control of those who allegedly spent money on that campaign.
Besides, Saraki is most probably just lying and boasting to his audience and minions that he financed his then party, the APC's campaigns in 30 states! Who does that? Was Saraki the only influential politician in the country at the time?
Even Atiku, shortly after he bolted from the APC, once claimed he majorly financed Buhari's campaign. Once he was challenged to prove it or show how he financed the campaign, he went moot.
Capische?
Buhari's ways may not be to the liking of everyone in every aspect, but when it comes to financial and fiscal prudence and responsibility with our common patrimony, his ways are positively miles ahead of that of the average Nigerian politician.

There's nothing to be proud of in their mode of operation. They do not even abide by d act establishing them. First, they deceived him into believing that he can only be entitled to a refund, if he has put in 35 yrs of service or ar 60 yrs of age. Which is not so. A contributor is entitled to a refund if he/she is retired frm employment & is incapable of continuing to contribute to d Fund. This is what d act setting them up says but they refused to pay & insisted that he must wait till he's 60yrs old or has served for 35yrs. When he eventually fulfilled d conditions, they still kept bringing up one issue or another to avoid payment. When eventually, they paid some pittance & actually acknowledged that they short paid him, they gave an assurance that they'd pay d balance soon. That was 2 yrs ago. As we speak, it hasn't been paid. I shudder to think of d number of contributors who pass away, leaving their benefits wit FMBN forever. Unfortunately, FMBN staff forget that they are civil servants who will one day retire. gare: I wonder the way some you reason, since the inception of Democracy in this country has there being any corruption case that was linked to this Bank ? if there is any kindly state.
Then from this article if you guys actually read and understood it very well the Bank was not linked to any money laundering and the financing of terrorism," but Certain weaknesses were identified in HSBC's processes which inhibited HSBC from proactively detecting potential money laundering and the financing of terrorism,"
It added HSBC was not found to have facilitated any transactions involving money laundering or the financing of terrorism
And I believe they have corrected those Observation, going to dig up issues concerning the bank that does make any relevance to the bank leaving Nigeria makes the Ruling party look dumb. Educate urself about this shitty bank that has been doing dirty things all over d world. Are you aware that before they escaped frm Nigeria HSBC was accused by EFCC of laundering $100M Abacha loot & laundering proceeds of corruption for over 50 Nigerians?. HSBC has a dark, ugly track-record of laundering dirty money worldwide, even for drug traffickers. In 2012, they paid $1.9b fine to avoid prosecution for laundering $881 million in proceeds frm sale of illegal drugs by Mexican cartels. If they can launder money for drug cartels, what makes you think that they wouldn't do it for some dubious Nigerians?. That bank is bad news, anywhere they go. They even had a major negative impact on d 2008 world economic recession. We don't care if money launderers do not like it but d fact is that PMB has closed d loopholes, no more funds to launder & HSBC's business model based on money laundering has failed them. They had to hurriedly depart. God's willing, we'll never see them in Nigeria ever again. |
