I wish I can pass my thoughts into you, I was so self aware growing up that even a smirk is enough to crash my confidence, unfortunately you won't defeat this as long as you believe people can hurt you with their opinion and if you continue caring about other people and what they think of you, non chalance and the subtle art of not giving a F is what you need, force yourself to believe you're in the moment and you're all there is and you're all that matters in your story, if I tell you how I used to be you'll pity me, work on your confidence, work on getting better financially, work on your looks, increase your selling point and prospects, eventually you'll begin to see you're a catch and that would solve your issues.
