Charging a fee of 15K is not evidence of scam.

For instance if you ask 5 different profess forex or crypto traders to submit their quotations for training a novice they will likely give you 5 very different figures.

These figures are a reflection of the value they place on the time they will use to do the training.

The fact that 4 of them submit prices ranging from 100K to 200K then one person submits a quotation of 500K does not give you the right to start accusing him of fraud.

You have to understand that people value their training time differently depending on their competence and what it cost them to initially acquire the knowledge they will pass.

It only becomes a scam if you pay the person and he absconds with your money or does not deliver the service.
