Nairaland / General / Strange Crucifix Appeared In Nasarawa by dav8id(m): 6:47pm On Oct 03, 2016
we were in a market called assakio market today, for our usual agro purchase

Then I notice large craw gathered, I then decide to go and see what is happening.

Behold! A very strange cross sign designed on ground and some people are there praying .

Someone told me that, the strange cross sign was there since 28th of this month.
People from far and near state are also visiting assakio to feed their eyes with the amazing cross sign.

According to one Anjugu by name: people with very long time sickness received their miracle after praying at the front the cross.

The teneger that first saw the cross was now a hot cake, as she was being guided now.she due communicate with people around there as God mouth piece lol

At first, the Muslim brothers tried to cover the cross sign with sand but the more they pour the sand the more the cross signs keep popping out...

Till we leave the market this evening, more and more cars/buses are visiting assakio area in Nasarawa state..

I guess because u have someone as a rtd judge.
No foul play. I stil hav d news paper dat published it. Although, they said the's a tournament been sponsored by the Chief Justice. So the judiciaries are on vacation.
But dat november is far for me.

in that case , you have no option than to wait .

I think is just 2 months ahead ..alternative , you can collect loan from someone and settle the person after you get access to your puppsy account nah..

since there is money in the bank grin Lola joke oo
Business / Re: Letter Of Administration. Can I Talk With The Bank Manager? by dav8id(m): 9:02pm On Sep 11, 2016
Alisteven:

21days of publication has expired. Afterwhch i was asked to come with 2 sureties with valid documents/paticulars. I've done dat too. Den, i was given a letter frm court to the bank to confirm d account. After dat, the bank replied d court. Then, i was asked to come back by november to check if d letter is ready.
My guy, in this our current time, even tomorrow is too far. Let alone, now to november. On a normal note, if things are fine, it's not far. But tins are hard.

guy if na DAT one ehn , foul play dey ..it too long

its suppose to be 14 days bro ...

well I can't help but it suppose to be 14 days
I do all my process in 3 months plus..

why it even reach that long. is because of the 21 days strike by Nasarawa state judiciary then ...

I don't know if because my pussy is a retired judge sha that's why the consider me..but I guess no...
Business / Re: Letter Of Administration. Can I Talk With The Bank Manager? by dav8id(m): 7:47pm On Sep 11, 2016
my bro no short cut on this stuff man..

you have to wait for the 21 days or plus as require by the court

no short cut and no bank manager will even listen to you without the letter of admin

the bank can only release the money in the bank to the court while the court will issue you cheque or take you tp the bank and cash the money on your behalf and then hand it over to you.

Tue bank will even try to convince you to leave the money for some time sef.

I'm talking from experience bro

Business / Re: How Profitable Is Export Business. by dav8id(m): 7:06pm On Aug 18, 2016
Lnxxxxx:
This question is just too broad, same as asking how profitable is agriculture business. There is no answer because it depends on what you are exporting, where you are exporting to, Where you get your product from or are you producing it your self, what are the quality issues, internal (within the country) transportation issues, what type of contract did you get, is your product perishable? And the list keeps growing

Start with what do you want to export, get all the information especially, quality, quantity, cost, standard price range, regulator issues and capital. When you have done your research you start by looking for buyers.

Don't forget to leverage on experienced people's knowledge.

Goodluck

You said it all..
let me assume @op is talking about exporting agriculture produces. if yes, then its very profitable . in fact investing in agriculture is very profitable.

one thing for sure is,never put profit first in agriculture but knowing the basic information is the number one key just as you said.

several of my foreign client keep encourage me to start exportation and also gave me several reasons and advantages to start exportation ....

hope those with real practicing experience in exportation will contribute to this thread

Agriculture / Re: The Rice Investment Plan by dav8id(m): 9:05am On Aug 10, 2016
GazecoSpurt:

Thanks for the inquiry.
In our plans, we target to produce quality products, for the low to high socio-economic class.
With inflation affecting the Nigeria market, we've also drawn plans on how to bycut all the long channels of distribution that leads to unessary hike in price, so we are going to create a platform(s) where consumers can purchase directly from us, or retailers at a very fair price. All this have been indicated in the project plan. So with all these in place, we forecast to sell our milled rice for atleast 250 and at most for 300 per kg. Our paddies will also be sold for 150 to 170 per kg.

well explanation but I still see no reason to quote a selling price as for now..

we all know that food prices are not stable, though even quoting or without quoting selling price . Rice business is always profitable.

presently good milled rice sold as higher at #400-#450 per kg..

so you have to be very careful with the price quoted

I will pm you for the investment plan
Agriculture / Re: Please, Which Animal Could Have Done This To These Chicks? -graphic Photos by dav8id(m): 9:55am On Aug 08, 2016
Tolexander:
by your description, it is a wild cat, a cat that has left house for long and lives in the bush or born in the bush by its strayed parents (Eona or Eranona).

That is typical of that animal. It goes after "local" chicks that are a month old or more, carry them away to a secluded place to eat.
I suspect it had been doing it and didn't just come one night to pack the 20 chicks. it mostly operates very early in the morning around 4am to 5am. It will eat the whole chick, the only thing it remains are the feet and intestine.
Am I right OP cos you didn't post the pic?

It could not be fox.

***Modified***
seeing the pictures,
Definitely, it is the cat I'm talking about!

yes you are right ..

Business / Re: Who Has Successfully Paid For Facebook Ads In Naira? by dav8id(m): 6:39pm On Aug 06, 2016
CarmelloANGEL:

I just saw this, so let me quickly tell you what I knw which has been working.

1) Basically, switching currencies means ur ads will be reset and you'll start afresh, so don't be surprised when that happens.

2) You can not switch until you balance your initial payment, which means if you owe in dollars, you have to clear ur bill first before switching to Naira...and vice versa. So u can't go back to paying in dollars until u clear out ur outstanding Naira payment.

3) To the bone of contention... To pay in Naira, you need a Stanbic IBTC account and their Master Card. They'll debit you the Naira you owe directly from your account.
It's not FB's fault that they can't debit ur first bank card, all those banks intentionally blocked that option out because the preferred people paying in dollars so that they can set the exchange rate and make inordinate gains.

Only Stanbic and UBA debits in Naira now directly as at now ( can't say what will happen tomorrow).
But Stanbic in better than UBA because UBA still removes some extra charges after debiting the real money, something Stanbic doesn't do.

I don't work for Stanbic, I only use their services because their exchange rate is one of the lowest in the country now...from what I know.

Good luck.

true talk baba

I use my Stobic Ibtc master card on Facebook ads with no issue.

guys port ooo
