Please let's not insult. OGG is not forcing anything down anyone's throat

Due Diligence is advised in Caverton. The Whales who are selling know why they are doing so. They may have some information you do not have and situations like this when there is a high liquidity is when they offload huge volumes.

I can tell you for sure that in the oil industry where Caverton serves, there is massive cost reduction initiative going on. The drive is coming from the IOCs and the NNPC. NNPC has seen that the easiest way for the country to get more from oil is to slash costs heavily.

Let's not forget that whatever Caverton's gain has been Bristow's loss and Bristow might bring ridiculously low prices to the table to recapture a business they've been into for > 40 yrs.
All you have said is right.

At the bold however, Bristow's global parent has been floundering.
No doubt this has also affected Naija operations so we'll see

That's not new investment. Its been there since after consolidation of Mid 2000s and has hardly changed in volume. Check successive annual reports. People are suggesting that there is new and sustained stock purchases by some Indian investors and i strongly doubt this.
Well I guess it's to do a history check as you suggest and see if the position has changed at all.

I don't know how this talk about Indian Investors started....i don't think there are any Indian investors. Just enjoy the ride for what it is.
State Bank of India(SBI) has a long standing stake in the bank bro, even me shock when I see am.

Apparently it started when Indo Nigerian Merchant Bank (INMB) was one of the banks that merged to form the present Sterling Bank.

They hold approx 2.55 billion units or about 9% of the bank.
Their board rep is Mr. Sujit Varma.

Check out SBI here

I may not really say "fathers", but they do look mean. Frankly if I were to place them in tiers, I'll place them in Tier 1 in SOCOM. It's no wonder the British SBS partnered with them years ago.
I meant fathers as in pioneers.

NAF Panthers will likely give them a run for their money a la Tier 1

I am privileged to know a Panther and he is one of the toughest men I have ever met, so I go from there.

Yes.

Which is how the rumors started that Eeben Barlow and co were fighting for Nigeria.

Whereas they purely came to train and help establish 72 MSF/AHQSG

NAF Regiment is not a Special Forces unit. Rather it's a branch of NAF responsible for base protection, just like its contemporaries in the UK, Australia, India, etc. I think the Panthers may be the actual Special Forces arm of NAF.

Yep, the SBS is the only Special Operations unit of the Navy. Frankly I think they're the best.

The Army's Special Ops groups are the most confusing. A question though: are the South African trained 72nd MSF still active? And I thought we were unable to raise the Ranger Battalion because of the rift between Nigeria and the USA after US Army instructors from one of the Special Forces ODAs were kicked out during the GEJ administration
CAS said so in the introductory video to the awaited documentary.

As for the SBS, they are the fathers of Nigeria's Special Operations and should rightly be proud.

The best report so far, EPS 94.60k in q2 2019 against 37.82k in Q2 2018
True. But there are buts.

Admin and distribution expenses outgrew revenue and need controlling.
This could partly be due to an aging but experienced workforce, indicated by growing pension and retirement obligations.

The >100 % other income growth may not be repeated
Good that borrowing levels dropped by more than N 1 billion YoY

I look forward to their FY result.
P.E ratio of 4.12 is trying to tell a loud FA story

Is the ranger battalion and 72msf open for other arms of service??
Nigerian Army only IMHO.
It's like asking if SBS is open to non-sailors.

The only joint service Special Forces groups we have I know of are AFSF and MNJTF.

The rest are local operations encompassing tri-service personnel and other sister services (Police, NSCDC etc)

Women have been demanding equal rights for a long time now. They have also been demanding equal pay for equal work.
So why are you still segregating them to the Women Corps where they probably get 'rejects' as trainers and instructors i.e the kind of instructors who didn't make the cut to train the male counterparts. Those instructors probably let the ladies take a break to retouch their make up b4 continuing the exercise.
DISBAND the women corps and any special treatment for women only units. Let the women train with the men under the same instructors and same training... if they don't finished the training they go home.
