Is the government trying to actively kill our brewers?

NB and other brewery shareholders and management dey work for them na

Excise duty of 8.1 billion and income tax of 3.4 billion on a revenue of 91 billion?

In today's Nigeria this kind of heavy taxation does not fly long term.

Worse is that these taxes apply even on exported production.

Dangote, Dangote, Dangote still dey find money o!!

#RandomThought

From my deductions, DFM was priced as follows:

52 week high + 17%(variable part to provide for debt etc)

so 52 week high was N 21.40 + 17% (N 4.60)= N 26/ share.

Basically, Aliko has guaranteed a minimum purchase price of N 21.40/share.

Do your DD and jijo carefully!

He should also sell his Noodles and Pasta manufacturing plant. His Noodles and Pasta taste like sh*t!
Dangote Flour already sold the noodle operation to Dufil Prima, makers of Indomie.

I think there are agreements in place as part of the sale such that the Dangote Noodles brand continues for some time
