If there is no presence of a brand/food chain, then, going independent will be a viable choice. Always good to go with a brand. People; I personally,go to Mr. Biggs and other well known brands not because it is fancy, comfortable, tasteful alone but because there are rules set down by the franchiser(Mr. Biggs) and the franchisee(you) to ensure that food are prepared in a safe, clean environment.
