it doesn't have to b coloured but make sure you're with d originals of all ur documents

It's regarding that birth certificate issue. I think my bro may have to swear an affidavit...as for reference letter,it must be stamped yes?

unilag does not accept recent sworn declaration of age..... Just get another birth certificate from any local govt and tell them to back date it to maybe 1999

for ur olevel, birth certificate, testimonial n some other documents make 4 photocopies.......to be on a safer side just make 4 photocopies of all ur documents it wont cost u much

have sworn an affidavit for correction of name.....just go to a court close to u n expain everything.......just hold like 2000 although i paid 1000 for mine

When I read the experiences from those on merit utme list, some were not screened because their letter was not stamped......... to be on the safer side, it should be stamped........ it'll be stamped by the addresser( E.g pastor, imam,lawyer) signing it.

2nd,I may have a problem.His original birth certificate is missing and all he has is a photocopy.Can he use that?

3rd...does the jamb reg slip refer to that slip that was printed to apply 4 jupeb,whose scratch card went for 5k?

4th...has an exact date been fixed for the screening?

2. They won't collect his original birth certificate, its just that they may want to see( maybe you can just laminate it so they'll think its original) then make 4 other copies.
3. The jamb reg slip is the slip you printed after registering for DE that contains his jamb no, first n 2nd choice of institution, etc.
4. The screening was scheduled to start yesterday (Tuesday) but it has been postponed to next week

they didn't ask for file........and you'll also need to print ur screening form from ur portal after you've uploaded ur documents

Yes you need to get jamb E facility card to print the admission letter.
These are the required documents ( you need to get them b4 next week):
previous degree certificate(Jupeb Result)
O’ Level Result Certificate (Waec / Neco) Or Statement Of Result With an Online Version Of The Result
Letter Of Reference From A Reputable Clergyman/Imam/Lawyer/Senior Civil Servant
Birth Certificate/Sworn Declaration of Age
Testimonial From Secondary Schools Attended
Certificate of State of Origin
Jamb Admission Letter
Passport Photographs (12 Copies)
And jamb registration slip
Make 4 photocopies of each

Good morning on here, I just stumbled on this thread and I have some questions.

My younger sister saw that she was given admission on JAMB's website on Sunday.
Now the issue is, when I help her checked Unilag's website her name wasn't on the Merit list and I haven't been able to view any supplementary list on the website, but there was instruction on registration, I tried logging in for her according to the instructions provided, but the log in didn't go through.

But now I check the net and see various information about a screening coming up for Supplementary list. My question is, would she be able to go for the screening? because she has printed her Admission letter?
Another question is where can one view the supplementary list on Unilag's website.

if her status just appeared on jamb portal then she's on supplementary list n nt merit......what's her name and dept lemme help u check. And most students on supplementary/DE list have not been able to login to their portal( that's a general problem).......n she can't do screening without being able to login because she'll have to upload some documents to her portal n print screening form....

accept the admission and take another jamb form if you still want medicine and if u Stoll don't get medicine after trying again continue with your nursing
