The Medical corpers already have job experience. From clinical in university and housemanship. He can confidently run a small clinic without any help. Meanwhile the engineer is still a full blown trainee. He is offering essential services meanwhile an Engineer corper isn't.



Op rather than look for equity at NYSC level, why don't you get focused and aim higher. If u work hard and play smart, u can earn six times to ten times what an average doctor of ur level will earn after NYSC. Healthcare is sensitive and Government responsibility, while engineering wages are mainly market and industry sector driven.

There is no holiday for the corp doctor, in fact corp doctors are underpaid! They function as full blown doctors .

It is NOT unfair that your corper doctor colleagues or other corper healthworkers earn 60 -100k or so. What IS probably unfair is that YOU earn 5k or so and do not get to practice your profession.

So they did a market survey and discover lots of people in Africa still missing out in the smartphone frenzy due to their expensive prices. Considering the fact that Africa is a low income continent, Tecno discovered a niche. A huge market to supply cheap android smartphones at affordable prices. Remember the Tecno N3? it worked out well for them.
So far Tecno Mobile have made more than enough to stand out and compete with other big companies.
Thus even if smartphones prices crashes to #10,000. It would not hurt Tecno mobile a bit. Why? Tecno Mobile have a sizable smartphone market share, and is growing . For the Big3: Samsung, Apple and Sony, they would lose a significant amount of their market share because more people will opt out for cheaper quality smartphones unless they follow suit.
