No such article like that on New England journal of medicine searching from even last 15years..It's a shame that even the punch reported this fable update: punch has retracted the news from their site. Are our mods even educated to research before posting bogus news on FrontPage? 5 Likes |

kittykat1: important observation..They aren't medical students anymore..they are full medical doctors with Full license to practice medicine as well as work experience in a specialst setting.I learnt engineers have their coren license not soon after graduation. when I tackle my engineer friends about small tasks I assume they should handle, they defend themselves saying those tasks should be done by the technicians and not engineers. Nigerian engineers aren't as productive as Nigerian doctors (generally).Even Nigerian engineering students compared to Nigerian medical students. 2 Likes |

Phones / Re: Why Buying An Andriod Tablet Or An Ipad Is Just A Waste Of Money! by daveemuobo(m): 5:07pm On Oct 02, 2014 |
Blackbeauty: please can u enlighten me on how a bigger screen version of a smartphone is so amazing?because it doesn't do anything extraordinary that a phone or laptop can't do? even if it's just for reading books, a tablet is more than worth it.A laptop is too cumbersome for a digital library and a phone or phablet won't do justice to reading screenwise (straining to read) their superb battery life also makes them appreciated during certain times. most e-books and magazines are optimised for tablets too, making these materials have an "easy to read" look. Maybe you're not a reading junkie, else you'll appreciate one. my one point above is for reading only. other splendid point include gaming, media viewing , presentation (eg PowerPoint for business on the move) .depending on your business class,a tablet is very important I can stop here.except you want me to continue. 2 Likes |

majority of those complaining of Windows 8 don't use their computer for serious stuff. They just turn it on and check through apps ,looking for what to-do on it and that's where Windows 7 is easier. if you know what program you want to run, Windows 8 it's arguably the fastest and easiest way to get it done. 1 Like |

deeobserver209: It doesn't matter if other cheaper products are flooding the market. It's part of the competition. Tecno Mobile was one of the first companies to rollout cheap android smartphones. Tecno did their homework well. They knew that competing with the likes of Samsung, Apple and Sony within the smartphone market would be a difficult and expensive task. So they did a market survey and discover lots of people in Africa still missing out in the smartphone frenzy due to their expensive prices. Considering the fact that Africa is a low income continent, Tecno discovered a niche. A huge market to supply cheap android smartphones at affordable prices. Remember the Tecno N3? it worked out well for them. thank you sir.after buying a 10k android phone, you start looking for browsing cheat cos you can't pay for subscription..(not you though) |

Computers / Re: How To Know If Your Laptop Is Refurbish by daveemuobo(m): 11:57am On Aug 31, 2014 |
op, you are not right sir first, not all manufacturers append R to the serial number or identification numbers.I can speak for Asus because I have bought alot of their manufacturer refurbished laptops.Dell also dosnt.they append a refurbish tag and also indicate that tag in the bios (that black and blue/white screen area before Windows start). See,there is a difference between types of refurbishing :Manufacturer refurbished and third party refurbished. manufacturer refurbished products are as good as new and are mostly slightly cheaper.they usually indicate that the product was refurbished with tags or on the packaging.only sometimes do they change serials. check my picture attached third party refurbished products are not indicated on the serial number because only the manufacturer has the right to alter serial numbers.most third party refurbs.they only indicate it on the invoice or packaging. so OP .the fact that there is an R in the serial number may not indicate refurbished status.except for a particular brand.definitely not dell ,Asus,Toshiba, msi,or hp . For Asus even. they use letters at the end to indicate country the product is bound to be delivered okay? For the users,if your laptop was manufacturer refurbished you have no reason to panic.you may have been cheated though ,since refurbs are cheaper. somebody has already indicated what refurbs are so in will not dwell on that My pix is that of a refurbished touchscreen Acer core i5 4th generation laptop carton.the only indication of refurbished is the "Condition:LU" and the disclaimer: this product has been recertified.the laptop looks brand new with all accessories and recovery partiton.of course I did not hide the status from my friend.he paid less. 1 Like
