We need to be racking up the wins now with plenty goals.
I don't mind about the goals sha.... I just need wins and dominant performances!! I mind o. That is one aspect that if City manages to somehow level with us, that is where they'll have bragging rights over. I hate where goal difference dey decide serious matters like this. For now 5points about to be sustained. Good good news |

BlueRayDick: The commentator on supersports even mentioned it when Partey was coming on. He said he believes Jorginho was being taken off not because he had a poor game, but because Arteta can now afford to rotate his midfielders due to squad depth. I agree with him He was even ill yet he played cos Jorg insisted. And he delivered. So in other not to risk it further, he had to take him off. Chai. See Mentality wey dey missing for Super Eagles😂 |

Spy360: I'd rather like to see ESR eased into the Xhaka role. He has the pace, ball carriage, eye for goal, and he is a natural no 8.
It will take sometime though, but I'll love to see how it works.
12points in the next four games is not negotiable. Any point dropped will be a huge disappointment. That's true. How we will rally in Europa is still loading. our noisy English neighbors are already feeling like they'll win it. We haven't even done any projections like they are doing. If we need again, this time, with GJ as the 9, i don't see them defeating us. |

Jodera: Dave P, shey Arteta and the boys don listen to your concern and answered them accordingly?
Hopefully, we'll see more goals again 🤝🏾😁😁😁 I asked for goals, they gave me 4!! That's exactly what i want mehn. Our next 3games should be games where we will be very stubborn on conceding 1 and lethal like tonight's game. Premier League analysis on Bournemouth "no club has conceded more goals this season than the Cherries" Over to dem boys. I need a riot. 5minimum. Saka Hattrick. Make Ramsdale dey rake in the cleansheets dey go till na only 6games left to go. 😹💯 |

Spy360: He is really suited to that CF role because of his pace and excellent finishing. As ESR is back perhaps a tweak to make him play CF regardless of if Jesus is fully back, should happen. Next 4 games Bournemouth Fulham Leeds Crystal Palace Can we get 12points?? We are 9points away from equalling our last season's total. With 15games(45points max) left to grab. North London Cruise |

What Zinchenko did with that assist is what Odegaard just finds it hard doing. This game came from left to come and do just what you are supposed to do...nice goal. I want to see Trossard scoring sincerely. I'm getting more vexed with Nelli's slow wits now. |

BlueRayDick: So nobody go acknowledge say Jorginho played really well today again? 🤷♂️ I acknowledge. Seeing Partey on the bench gave this feeling that Europa has resumed too. But as Partey came on, i knew that it was to make us waste time. The Odegaard indecisions in front of the box again. With all that space. 😢 I really wished Trossard goal stood. charlesemeka85: Update: You need a godfather to play in Eagles - Ex Footballer Throws Bomb🇳🇬🙆
A Former Flying Eagles defender, Kennedy Chinwo has opened a can of worms after he revealed that having footballing talent is not enough for a player to play in the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
He argued that any such player without having a strong godfather is going nowhere.
The world cup Silver 🏅 medalist made this revelation in an interview with Brila FM.
“It is the dream of every player to play for the Super Eagles. However, playing in the senior national team won’t just come easy. You need a godfather to play in the Eagles. But if you don’t have, no matter your talent, you won’t be able to play.
“A few of the players who I feel should have been in the Super Eagles despite their talent were not given a chance to play in the team.”
NB: Chinwo was part of the Samson Siasia-led Flying Eagles that lost at the finals of the FIFA U-20 World Cup to Argentina in 2005 in Netherlands.
Nigerians has since been reacting to the assertions of the former footballer.
#NPFLUpdates Can of worms is an understatement. Tanker of worms is justified. We are not ready for exposing of what goes on behind the scenes, most especially as 9/10 would be waiting for one media house to carry the story, forgetting that even the media houses themselves get stories via backstage people. |

mostob: Bro... Tavarez is not reliable as a LB. Tierney is far better. If we're letting Tierney go, I'll prefer we sign another LB as backup to Zinchenko. The Siwes that Tavares has gone on has been fruitful. I can't even imagine him the same way he was in the Arsenal shirt with what I'm currently seeing. One key issue was his weakness in fluid passes with his teammates. That's all in the past now, i can assure you. But can he bench the other 2? Defensively, yeah. He can be another Holding. Locking up defence. Offensively, guy is ever bold than before We have a lot of players on Siwes doing well right now that by next season, squad rotation may be such a norm. That's if arteta is such a fan of rotation anyways |

PDPGuy: 😂😂
Man, we have really been unlucky with hiring mediocre coaches for both the Super Falcons and Super Eagles..
But I’m also thinking the players may be deliberately playing poorly in order to force the NFF to fire Waldrum. I say this because I can’t fathom how supposedly professional footballers would be struggling to string more than 3 passes in the opponents’ half or in the middle of the park. 🤦🏾🤦🏾 If that's the case, it is welcome. You can't be calling yourselves leaders that want the best and continue to sabotage careers and glory and talents like they are nothing but numbers. That is what is making others leave us behind, no really because we can't perform. |

codemaniacs: Exactly, you're right...
U20 players like Imuran, Alani (LB) instead of using Plumptre, Demehin, Debbie Abiodun, Esther Onyenezide, Joy Jerry, Flourish Sabastine. and U17 players like Ajakaye, Usani, Etim, Okenwa, Edafe , Afolabi should be in the Super Falcons or at least getting 20 - 45 minutes in the Super Falcons...
Waldrum is behaving as if all the players are injured and his playing players out of position instead of going to the U20 and U17 and picking their replacements.. The tempo alone shows we can't even match Canada aa we speak. They need to be finishing up patterns of attack and defending by now. But see the disjointed play that reeks of mediocrity. Olowokere will do better than this man as regards formation and tactics, even if he's not someone i want to rate. Smh |

codemaniacs: this colombia is similar to the colombia U17 that struggled to draw Nigeria U17 girls which means some of the girls in Nigeria U17 should be in the Super Falcons this old women in the Super Falcons are too lacklustre...
Onumunu should not be starting games.. the attack is dormant with her leading it. Ajibade must stop playing midfield...
players like Sabastine, Gift monday, Ajakaye, Esther Onyenezide and idoko should be in Super Falcons.. I was saying same too, but the nigerianesss mentality was making some to say they should not rush them, another glorified way of saying the Archaic "wait for your time" of old. Onyenezide alone should be in this team by now. Ayinde is not going to perform wonders at this world cup. Infact the average age of each team's potential midfield is going to be so low and full of youngsters. But here we are, delaying the inevitable. Delaying destiny, delaying capacity. To make it worse, Randy. If the coach wasn't randy and they still refused to take Esther and co, I'll still complain. By the time those girls are going for their 1st WWC(which isn't even a sure thing), Linda Caicedo would have become the female Mbappe. Make we dey play. |

ThierryJay: Sorry for barging into this argument, but you need to match apples with apples. While you are right that Arsenal led City by 8 points after 18 matchdays, Jodera is also right with his assertion.
The fact is that Arsenal did not bottle an 8 point lead, they bottled a 5 point lead instead.
This is simply because City had played one more match at the point of overtaking Arsenal.
To put this in better context, imagine that after matchday 18, Arsenal for whatsoever reason did not play the next 3 games at all while City played and won all three(9 points). It would be wrong to say Arsenal bottled an 8 point lead in that instance because City being top is on account of playing more games. You've settled this totally. Oyo for who wan continue this tok. One thing is certain- if we resume ucl football and the uefa refs are protecting Saka better than the EPL counterparts, that's going to be bad. But, this is just how it played out with Cr7 those years before protection came. Having ESR and Jesus back will be a super boost and reduce tension at the back. Can't wait. I hear March date. |
