Also at Getafe and Villarreal. Dude should've had a better career tbh. Same problem as most naija players - lack of consistency.
For that era, he was among the top 5 naija players with consistency. I doubt there waa any time he came back from injury and didn't perform well.

We miss having top performers in la liga.

I can't remember but yeah those were the days Uche was hot man. Dude used to torment Barca those days...I remember one game back when he was at Getafe that he ripped Barca up so bad some of their fans wanted him to be signed.
He was hot, especially than many SE stars in the team then. Injury though....

For this Incoming WC, Team Cohesion will help African teams better than star studded lineups. Its better there is fluid understanding when play is on than the other. The euros should give a hint of what African teams should expect from the powerhouses if they cross paths.

We have too much attacking power and a very suitable Midfield with cohesion should support them. Even an above average defense should manage.

Ike Uche had a stormer of a game. Wenger was singing the guy's praises all game long.
Wasnt that the year he scored 18+ goals in one campaign and got injured?

Uche for make sense under Wenger and that would've translated to SE matches double.

Many good years gone by mehn.

Omo e for hard for Arteta to bench am if he was in Arsenal o. Just that there wouldn't have been any Auba if he was bought that year. He's past the buy years. Na retirement in MLS or Qatar remain.

It's not fear just being realistic.

Yeah I remember that game Ike Uche was fantastic that day.
Uche Brothers always repping from La liga. Camp no dey vibe till they land that year.

Well the reality is relative. I still strongly believe that if we really mean France with all their star players, we would pull a Senegal on them anyday. We've had close envounters enough to make any SE fan to know that their starstuddedness doesnt translate to superiority vs SE.

I hope we build a rivalry similar to Mexico's.

I don taya to dey see SE vs Mexico.

Rohr i hope ya taking note of this goal threat connection between Ndidi and Iheanacho??

This is something that should be encouraged in the GWG. Or can Osimhen do it better? I doubt. But it should be utilized in consequent matches.

We don't have any eleven to play this team.

Only our strikers inspire confidence in me based on their current form. But a team isn't formed on just a handful of players.

Even if we play defensive, it will be hard
We may see lots of Chances with Iwobi, Chuks on the pitch vs them. But i fear their transition to attack truly. Lol.

Vardy was poor, missed too many chances today, but the difference between him and Nacho today was he didn't burn out. He also pressed more, and his speed threat kept Silva back, stopping Chelsea from completely bringing everyone out for the attack.
Well Seniorman Kelechi Iheanacho joins Nigeria SE stars to lift the FA Cup. I believe that's what matters in the end.

Brendan Rodgers can be so annoying sometimes. You are a goal up you are enjoying good possession what do you do? You take off your most prolific striker honestly!
Rodgers just seem to never be fully convinced with Nacho. Its like Pep vs Toure.

I don't like that it reoccurs, and even in the face of same scenario with Vardy on poor games, yet he leaves Vardy on. Smh.

Egyptian giants Al Ahly and Zamalek are the latest clubs to be linked with Enyimba winger Anayo Iwuala, Completesports.com reports.

Two Moroccan clubs Raja Club Athletic and Wydad Casablanca are also interested in signing the player.

A number of European clubs have been linked with the player who has impressed with Enyimba this season.

The Peoples Elephant are willing to sell the winger for €1m.

Iwuala made his debut for Nigeria in March during the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

The 22-year-old has been capped twice by the three-time African champions.

He was on Friday named in the squad for next month’s friendly against the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon in Austria.
This is good news for him.

What are your thoughts about Willock returning to Arsenal? I am known critic of the kid but there is no shame in admitting he has done well during his loan spell at Newcastle.
Now, I am battling with the thoughts of him returning to Arsenal because I am worried this may be a case of “Garri don find him level” and he should remain there for another season if we don’t sell to Newcastle or if he has the quality to compete at Arsenal.
Not a Joe Willock fan either, but he's performed way way beyond Arteta's Midfield on goals stat and other areas, combined. He even have more goals and assists than some top 6 world class Midfielders this season.

Its best he comes to continue just that at the Emirates if that is what he is doing at Newcastle.

His performance versus Liverpool again is something noteworthy!!

Even if he isn't in charge of the draft, he should be in charge of the number of players in every department, penning down three natural midfielders in a squad of 23-31 should be ringing alarm bells from the very first start!
It will shock you that even if he does that often, they'll twist it to suit themselves. Its too recurring to think this is simply him.

The thing is baffling, to think that Rohr has drawn up to eight consecutive lists with a scarcity of midfielders shows there's something fundamentally wrong with him
He isnt in charge of this draft! This should be obvious to all of us on here by now!!

That Onuachu brouhaha yesternight is another proof to that effect.
